@power0fice she might be the keeper of the dragon fire, but she isn't the strongest., or at least the magic isn't. if she had the most powerful magic she would've beaten valtor, the trix, lord dorkar, and the fairy hunters easily. if you watched the 4th season. animal magic is also very strong.

darcy = sun

stormy = calming melody

look bloom can kick icy's butt in a second if she didnt hav the dragon fire n even when icy has some of the dragon fire bloom can still defeat her cuz only bloom can use the dragon fire to its full potiential cuz shes the keeper of the dragon flame n no one can take her power away from her besides fire always melt the ice. Icy is non match for Bloom with or without the dragon fire.

The water stars and the dragon flame are equal for those of u who were wondering. Personally i prefer the trix to the winx. I like Icy she is definitely more versed in magic than Bloom, it's just bloom and her dragon fire temper tantrum are unstoppable. However if bloom were a normal fairy she could not even touch Icy.
