I don't know whether you noticed, but just so you know: this clip actually consists of 2 songs and in the beginning, in the song "What do you do with a B.A. in English?", Klarth is singing as Princeton whereas in the 2nd song, "It sucks to be me", he sings as Brian. Princeton is the one looking for a place to live.
