Its kind of stupid, they offer specia prices only for "today" and if you come back in a week, it's still there... what you do, it get help with a question, close the window., and open it again so the tutor comes. You can get as much help as you want, ive done it like 10 times. Just ignore their advertising :D!!!!
I use that website sometimes. They try to sell me something everytime. I just use the demo. Once, I told the counsler no and he started to beg me to sign up. Then, he told me to get my parents. I just closed it out. It was kind of funny.
