  • Is it your anger towards Christians and their boldness? Or have you really reasoned it out there is no God?

Surely, it must be the former. The latter just does not compute.

  • This is my Body, this is my Blood, this is my autograph !

  • If any you can prove that Jesus did not come down to earth 2000 ago, died and rose from the dead and refute the history contained in the New Testament. Go ahead and try. If you don't believe in Jesus that is fine, but don't go to the judgment empty handed or you will be left out of God great love. Mocking the spirit of Jesus is not something to take lightly. What if He turns out to be real. Then who will miss out. No risk, No return. All in with Jesus or you could be holding a loser.

  • @MRGV7373 The burden of proof is upon those who believe anything, not vice versa.

  • @fordtruxdad If you read the gospel of Luke, dive into the history of the document with an open mind, you find the proof. Eye witness to what happened. How do we Know that President Kennedy lived? Eye witness accounts. If you investigate with an open mind the Gospel of Luke or John, you will find the proof of God. Is Jesus is not historical and his claims are true, than you will need to decide to if you trust the writer and the witnesses. Luke is valid history but only you can discover it

  • @MRGV7373 Eye witness accounts? Seriously? A critical thinking class would help you immensely. I'm not trying to be snarky. It's just a fact. I used to believe in Jesus, too.

Burden of Proof = HUGE = yours = not met by silly 2000-year-old eye witness accounts

Outrageous claims require outrageous proof. Google "eyewitness accounts unreliable". They don't even work for present-day claims.

  • @AtheistinFundyLand Both the Apostles Peter and John claim to have seen the life and resurrection of Jesus. See John 21:23-25 and 2 Peter 2:17-19. These are just 2 people that wrote that they saw with their eyes this man Jesus and wrote about him. 2000 witnesses give us history of Ceasar, Roman empire, Egypt. Do we dispute the death of President Lincoln?? Eye witness one is 150 years old one is 2000 year.

  • @MRGV7373

Of course, let us not forget that the apostles did not write the gospels, which were written over several hundred years.

  • @atheist4all2see Matthew wrote this gospel at about 70 AD and John in around 90 AD, Both were apostles of Jesus, 2 of the 12. No one of expertise contents that they were written over 200 time period.

  • @MRGV7373

Actually all (legitimate) experts agree that the Gospel authors were not contemporaries of Jesus.

    Sorry

  • @Syrinx69 Luke was about 30 years after Jesus. John, the writer even says that he saw with his own eye, Jesus death and resurrection, last 3 years of life in detail. Matthew was one of the 12 Apostles. Mark was present in Jesus life time. Mark was not named but he writes as he saw via Peter's life's story. So, I don't get where either the experts or anyone else would the dates and author time frames. Many true experts know that 2 of the 4 are eye witnesses, 2 were later by about 30 years.

  • @MRGV7373 Right. President Kennedy's existance is only confirmed by eyewitness accounts. Not like there are photos, videos, recorded speeches, children of him alive and well today and even a video of his brains dripping down on his lap. Noone of it. Noone.

  • @MRGV7373 Ah, Pascal's wager. Only for cowards like you.

  • @LesPaul2006 what does this mean? pascal's wager. I don't know if I'm a coward anymore than you are. I posed the quetion of witnesses. Jesus had the same eye witness that Pres. Kennedy has. give it 2,000 years and see that there would be not much difference. Jesus life and death is the best attested history for its time.

  • @MRGV7373 Why don't you google Päscal's wager?

  • @LesPaul2006 If you do the historical research and come to the conclusion that Jesus is not real why place the wager at all? Faith is believing in thing not seen. The Pascal wager is a fools game. Either believe that the truth is told in the New Testament or don't believe at all. At least you will be making a decision on some facts that you have reviewed yourself. Don't expect Jesus to act by reason. Jesus did things that are beyond human understanding. Answer this Jesus rise from dead?

  • The eucharist is not the body of Christ, however if you put the right amount of alcohol into the wine, it becomes much more convincing,

  • It amazes me that some Catholics actually still believe some carpenter from 2000 years ago actually resides in a special cracker.

  • Someone needs to shove one of these up their pooper in front of the Catholic clergy and congregation, so they literally believe that Christ now resides within your rectal cavity..... :)

  • 71 pedophile/pedophile-protectors don't think PZ Myers should sign a communion wafer.

  • Signing a communion wafer is by no means sacrilegious. The guy is going to keep that now in a safe and clean place. What is sacrilegious is putting the thing in your mouth, munching it down, and making it go through the process of becoming that brown, smelly yucky stuff that comes out of your butt. That is just nasty. As a good Catholic, I want an end put to this profane, evil way of turning our lord and savior Jeebus Christ into shit. STOP IT NOW.

  • Talk about tacky...

  • Christians are ruining their faith .... long live Islam, long live Jewish, long live buddha.

  • @dawkinsdownfall Sadly, I remain rather unmoved by your bloviating nonsense.

  • You are signing yourself away from God. Just like your son signing his disowning you. God has just lost you. You have just your son.

  • Wow, fuck, you meet the coolest people.

  • I don't remember the host being so large. Is that super sized?

  • @MegF142857

Apparently he somehow got ahold of 'The super host' that the preist gets.

  • Is it concecrated? If so you have have no shame at all! Honestly though you will have to answer to God, but if I was there no doubt I would take it away from you and I doubt your scrawny self could do anything.

  • @catholicarchangel Then let him answer to your petty god. A god who would smite somebody for signing their name on a fucking cracker that he supposedly turned his own body into - a cracker that cannot speak to verify its identity, no less. I've said it before, if your god requires you to defend him, he is a useless piece of shit, not worthy to be called omnipotent.

  • @catholicarchangel Wow! Typical christian!

  • @catholicarchangel So, a drive through church that gave communion through the pull up window would be considered "eating out" Jesus? I thought that could only happen to women...

/me likes to fan the flames

  • @catholicarchangel I've pissed on the Eucharist before and god came to me insisting I answer to him. I beat the living shit out of him and cut out his tongue and wiped my ass with it. Now my ass is always glowing and that just sucks. But God won't bother me anymore.

  • I propose that a scientific study should be done, regarding the correlation between religious inclination, and lack of linguistic ability - possibly indicating a deficiency in cognitive abilities.

  • @stardust005 lol

  • YaY! ink with wafers. My favourite.

  • @LegendaryLvl1 Jesus should be fucking honoured that a Ph.D signed his fucking body.

  • why the hell is this a featured video? some biggoted professor who has his degree in hogwash is desecrating a host. This is sick.

  • @PaterNOSTER110289 its a peice of bread not the flesh of some 2000 year old zombie get over it. I cant WAIT for the flood of christian reply's to this comment.

  • @PaterNOSTER110289 Cannibal

  • What did he sign? Swastikas? you are intolerant monstrous people who would have made great nazis.

  • MY GOD, MY GOD, I LOVE YOU IN THE MOST BLESSED SACRAMENT OF THE ALTAR!! I WILL PRAY FOR YOU! You don't know what you are doing or you would not dare do it. MAY THE LORD BE ADORED, LOVED , GLORIFIED ALL THE DAYS OF OUR LIVES! AMEN One day you will understand I pray it will not be too late for you. UTUBE REMOVE THIS INSULT!!!!

  • @Pigottie "Thank you for acknowledging the Miracles of Jesus Christ."

    - what I meant it that those "miricales" are nothing compare to what we have achieve in the last centuried. Surely jesus could have done better than healing a few people

" I don't doubt the advancements in medical science as they are not used in an effort to disprove the existence of Holy God"

So you only accept the part of science you like - that dont contract your relgion.

  • @badpanda84 - what's this 'we'?? as if you had some play or part? and when a scientist walks on water let me know.

I do accept science and have studied science in a number of its streams. And I do accept that it is also Gods creation- its the misuse of it I don't agree with.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

  • @Pigottie sorry by "we" I mean humanity - "And I do accept that it is also Gods creation" - which he clear didnt wish to share with us in the bible - isnt that a bit selfish. The problem is that relgion - particually the catholic church has opposed scientific progress for centuries ( and tortured and kill those who diagreed with church teaching) it was only went people have the corruage to stand up and question the catholic church did science progress -

  • @badpanda84 otherwise we would still be beliving everything revolves around the earth and demon cause diease because that is what the catholic church said

  • @badpanda84 maybe you would still believe that? But if you did your research you would see that Galileo Galilei is a Saint within the Catholic Church.

  • @Pigottie right but only because no one was stupid enough to admit to being an atheist back then -- given way they treated hertics..

  • @badpanda84 satan thought God was selfish too- that is why God has created us with 'Free Will'- satan wants to influence our free will by trying to make out that man has suddenly discovered what God has already created.

FYI- the Catholic Church is a world leader when it comes to scientific research both in its capacity as a church and by its laity.

  • Youtube's policy against hate speech is obviously enforced based upon a double standard. If this hate speech were aimed at Jewish orblack people, Youtube would remove the content and maybe even report it to federal law enforcement for fear of a big boycott and lawsuit. I encourage all Christians to boycott Youtube until it rectifies its failure.

  • @tec048 Yes but why don't hindu consider it hate speach went you eat a big mac.. even though they belive cow are scared....

Jew and black people would whinge over a bunch or crackers

  • @badpanda84 - The cow is held sacred because one of their Guru's travelled upon one. Nothing to do with the Son of God.

I don't understand your reference to black people? You do know Catholics are of all races??

This video is offensive to Catholics because Jesus Christ is truly present in the Holy Eucharist - and these people know it too. That is why they desecrate the Holy Eucharist.

  • @Pigottie OK firstly you missed the point - it dosent matter if its not the son of God - hindu still hold cow to be sacred...

With regard to black people I was responding to this ". If this hate speech were aimed at Jewish or black people" - firstly how can this be aimed a jewish people.

And thirdly this incident was started went a student was assulted ( phyiscally restrianed for leaving mass with a wafer)

  • @badpanda84 - You missed the point. The Holy Eucharist is the Son of God not the mode of transport He used.

Never mentioned Jewish people (although Jesus was one).

Can the Holy Eucharist (and the fundamental teachings of the Catholic Church) be held responsible by the actions of a few. Maybe they acted this way to protect the Holy Eucharists from situations as depicted in these videos- I would probably do the same.

  • @Pigottie "The Holy Eucharist is the Son of God not the mode of transport He used."

Only if you are catholic -- otherwise its just a cracker - and DNA testing will confirm that it is nothing more than a cracker

  • @badpanda84 Your logic suggests that 2+2=4 only if you are human? 2+2= 4 universally- the same way, whether you are Catholic or not- the Holy Eucharist is the Body of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

Just because non Catholics do not have the faith to rationalise this does not diminish the truth.

  • @Pigottie "2+2= 4 universally- the same way, whether you are Catholic or not"

And I guess if someone from a mental hospital claims to be Jesus the he must be right wheather we belive him or not.

If catholics are sure they are right then why hasnt DNA testing proved that is the case

  • @badpanda84 - A DNA test- well done! And what kind of DNA would you expect the Son of the Creator of DNA to have? And if there was evidence contrary to your understanding how would such evidence present itself??

    universality Vs mental illness?

I suppose it beats your medical science Vs Miracles of Jesus Christ...

  • @Pigottie " would you expect the Son of the Creator of DNA to have?"

Well for a start it wouldnt look like its just a wafer.

"I suppose it beats your medical science Vs Miracles of Jesus Christ... "

Absoultley - went was the last time Jesus cured leprosy - that was over 2000 years ago

  • @badpanda84 - For flip sake Pal, use a spell checker or something! It's bad enough trying to decode your rubbish comments let alone trying to get past your terrible spelling??

  • @Pigottie "universality Vs mental illness?"

My point was you cant just claim something is unviersial without any prove - wafter dont magical transform into anything else but wafers even if they are blessed - not that is a universal truth

  • @badpanda84 - so 2 + 2 !=4?

  • @Pigottie 2 +2 =4 and you can phyiscally prove that - by giving me 2 apples and another 2 apples and then counting how many apple you have in total - and it would work every single time.

You can't phyiscally prove the euchrist is anything but a wafer

  • @badpanda84 Of course the simple things you can rationalise because they are before your eyes- but remember you have only counted apples there as that is all you can rationalise- but when it come to the understanding of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Eucharist you do not have they faith to rationalise this- but that does not render the answer incorrect or without proof. What proof do you require? Apart from 1.2 Billion people who witness contrary to you?

  • @Pigottie " but that does not render the answer incorrect or without proof" True but it would be stupid to belive something without any kind of proof - and 1.2 Billion people havent really witnessed the euchrist turn into anything else other than a wafer

  • @badpanda84 "True but it would be stupid to belive something without any kind of proof" you answer your own question here- what proof do you propose to present?

  • @Pigottie DNA testing for a start would help

  • @badpanda84 I thought we discussed DNA already?? How would a DNA test help- please elaborate on what evidence you propose to present?

  • @Pigottie Hmm maybe if we could find human DNA consitantly it would prove that you are correct..

  • @tec048 Show some statistics that verify your claim. Also, I don't see why it should be so offensive to you. Do you really think that your mighty god requires you to defend him? If he does, then what a petty fool he is.

  • And to all those, like DasMustafah, who are using Scripture to defend their maligned position of no God. Are you saying Scripture has meaning or not? If not, then why reference it for your defense? If you say it does, then do you care to go further in what it has to say? I didn't think so, because we can address your excerpts and charges.

  • "What profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his very soul." They have eyes but cannot see, they have ears but cannot hear. If they could hear, they might here the evil one laughing at their folly.

  • @brisbane44 It's "hear", not "here". Learn English before quoting in it. Also, you're missing some commas.

P.S - Try being more creative. i.e. use your own words to express your irrational anger.

  • It was a big enough deal for that anti-Christ to sign it? I am mindful of the fact that you refer to people who have the faith and intellect to be offended as idiots- I would suggest you study some of the Doctors of the Catholic Church such as Augustin or Aquinas or Just study for that matter??

  • @Pigottie Yes, it's a big enough deal. Do you understand that what he did is the same as TATTOOING his NAME on JESUS'S ASS?

As for studying, why restrict one's self to Augustin or Aquinas? Philosophers and theologians get pretty boring compared to studying the actual research of SCIENTISTS who spend their lives observing and documenting the REAL WORLD. Next to PZ Myers, it would seem Augustin or Aquinas are nothing more than a pair of self important stooges.

    Dog Bless, Bitches!

  • @separatethread Pal- Just because you googled those names seconds before you replied to me - does not diminish the worldly significance of these people. You are right when you say- all a scientist can do is observe and document- as they cannot provide any definitive answers. I don't know PZ - only his agenda- and if you're the best he can incite- then he is nothing to worry about. God Bless you!

  • @Pigottie I Googled them? Hmm. I don't remember doing that. If you say I did, well then I guess I must have.

That's how it works, right? In your Universe, you automatically know more than whomever you may be talking too?

Either way, I notice you didn't actually answer my question. Why restrict one's self to Augustin or Aquinas? Maybe it's because that science stuff is so darn confusing, huh? Well, you could always Google it, Einstein.

    Hail Satan.

  • @separatethread Never claimed to know more than anyone - but I can tell you that I use what I do know to its full potential. God Bless your observation... your question WAS answered. By the way- Thank you for acknowledging your Creator, Holy God.

  • @Pigottie Sorry, but you have NOT answered the question. Again: Why restrict one's self to Augustin or Aquinas? If your supposed "answer" was "because science doesn't provide definitive answers", then you don't know much about science, and you're disillusioned about religion.

Science provides all of the answers we have.

Religion, after all, has never provided one definitive answer. About anything. Ever.

  • @separatethread -It is you who suggested that I have restricted myself- not I. So I cannot give an answer in defence of a statement I have never made?

I would safely say (with respect) that I know a little more than you when it comes to most subjects. (Especially when it comes to your use of the word 'disillusioned' - I know you tried to imply the opposite of what you actually wrote)

PS - what definitive questions would you like religion to answer definitively?

  • @Pigottie 'all a scientist can do is observe and document- as they cannot provide any definitive answers"

Oh yeah and cure diease like small pox and leporsy -- kind of like Jesus on a big scale. You do realise that if it wasnt for scientist you probably would even be able to watch this video on youtube

  • @badpanda84 - The reference used was not in the context of medical discoveries. I don't doubt the advancements in medical science as they are not used in an effort to disprove the existence of Holy God.

Thank you for acknowledging the Miracles of Jesus Christ.

  • @Pigottie '. I don't doubt the advancements in medical science as they are not used in an effort to disprove the existence of Holy God"

But if the catholic church was still in power people would have been killed for even suggesting diease was caused by germs... ( and not demons) It was only went the catholic church lost power that people were free to make these discoveries without gettinh burnt at the stake

  • OFFENSIVE and ABUSIVE of R.C. Faith and Jesus' teaching so in fact all Christian Faiths and ...yes , in the end ... all faiths. The YT people need to look into this issue more too.

  • OFFENSIVE and ABUSIVE of R.C. Faith and Jesus' teaching so in fact all Christian Faiths and ...yes , in the end ... all faiths. The YT people need to look into this issue more too.

  • If this act is so innocuous- then why do it at all? The truth is that Jesus Christ is Truly present in the Holy Eucharist and satan is enraged. Thank you for this video and others like it as it re-enforced my faith. But please- Get Behind me satan!

  • @Pigottie Because idiots think this is a big deal. They're getting mortally offended over a stale biscuit.

  • @Pigottie LMAO!!!

  • If this act is so innocuous- then why do it at all? The truth is that Jesus Christ is Truly present in the Holy Eucharist and satan is enraged. Thank you for this video and others like it as it re-enforced my faith. But please- Get Behind me satan!

  • Keep all reality supporting videos on YouTube, including this one =).

  • Remove all hate videos from youtube -- including this one.

  • Not consecrated, so it doesn't matter. Not desecrating anything there.

  • So sad to see hate crime like this, even in the year 2010.

  • @chrisman737

How is it a hate crime? It's just a stupid cracker.

  • I will encourage church groups to view this and report it to youtube a s hate speech

  • I will mark your message as spam for being hate speech.

  • @namtesyalp

Complaining that something that does not actually incite any message of violence as hate speech is a lame cop-out used by unintelligent individuals, such as yourself. If we were to take the the issue of a communion wafer, or anything related to religious belief out of the situation entirely, stupid people would still find a reason to complain about something as "hate speech." That's just the nature of things, some people are just born stupid and whiny. Don't be stupid and whiny.

  • @scourfish it is hate speech,I guess you think black people whine if they are called the "n" word and get offended

  • @namtesyalp let me help you understand the difference.

to voice opposition to religion, or religious ideas, is not hate speech.

to say you want to harm a religious person is hate speech.

big difference!!! so, go read a book. or a dictionary or something, and come back to the conversation when you have a clue what you're talking about.

  • @namtesyalp

The stupid ones do, the smart ones are too dignified to respond. Same with Catholics; the stupid ones get their panties in a knot about it and the smart ones get on with life. Plus, supposing it is hate speech, well, first amendment. If you try to get some entity to censor some viewpoint expressed on the internet that you don't like because it is "hate speech," then you can just take your ass right over to China or Iran because that's all the freedom of speech you'd deserve.

  • @scourfish -rules of youtube not constitution you idiot.you are the same clods that claim the constitution is outdated when it suits you

  • @namtesyalp more wack-ass assumptions from namtesyalp the fool. great!

even by youtube's rules, it isn't hate speech against religion unless there is a threat of harm. simply negating religion, calling it bullshit, or whatever IS NOT HATE SPEECH.

you're not helping your cause much by coming here and making foolish accusations. it only makes people think you're stupid. do you enjoy it when people think you're a dumbass?

  • the prof is a clown

  • man... you don't know what you're doing.

  • pz myers should not be teaching any students, paid with tax money and attacks religion which violates separation of church and state.A

  • No, it doesn't because this isn't during his lectures, this is during his free time. Plenty of teaches also preach on Sunday- is that against separation of church and state?

  • No,he brings and spews his offensive belifs to the classroom.IF A TEACHER WAS DOING THE OPPOSITE,YOU WOULD BE UPSET

  • Well of course, after all I think those views are false. I don't know exactly how much a teacher can or cannot say on their belief, but I think the rule of thumb is you can't preach to children about religion either for or against in the classroom. If he says I personally just and such a thing, or makes a quick joke followed by that's just my opinion then he

  • isn't in trouble

  • If he says he personally believes such and such a thing- sorry for my misspelling.

  • how the hell do you expect him to not talk against religion when his job (evolutionary biology and the teaching thereof) flies smack dab in the face of any religious bullshit someone can bring up? "Ok class, where did the eye come from?" "Well my religion says god made it." "Well your religion is fucking wrong, anyone else?" if you're saying that's wrong, you're delusional.

  • I thought religious people didn't believe there was a separation of church and state?

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"

Doesn't say anything about disrespecting religion, or making fun of it, or calling it silly, or calling believers stupid doodoo heads. The constitution does not grant you the right to not be offended.

  • @namtesyalp

    He has freedom of speech.

  • @namtesyalp

Also, well we are at it, I think we should take away the tax exempt status that churches enjoy.

  • offending other religion is not right.

  • why not-- its not like we live in the dark ages were blasmphey is a crime.

Freedom of speech means we have the right to criticzie relgion.

Of course freedom of speech also means that idiots like the westboro baptsist church can get away with there homopohic crap

  • @KOkinshobi Every religion offends every other religion. You new to the world?

In fact, just about every religion we have right now all say every other religion is evil, a ticket to hell or devil worshipers. Most even call for active persecutions or killing the followers of other religions as they are "offences to 'the REAL' God"...even towards sects of the same religion supposedly worshiping the same God!

You saying it's wrong for Atheists get in on this for the laughs?

  • @TheHigherVoltage ofcourse, haven't you heard? "new" atheism, is worse than hitler!

  • @hornylink hmmm Hitler...He was a Roman Catholic. So was Mussolini. And both were backed the Vatican. In fact, The Pope called Mussolini the best thing since Jesus...Mussolini paid the church back by giving the Vatican it's own country.

I'd say the only thing worse than Hitler is the group of pedophile growing organization that help Fascism grow in the first place.

Are you saying the "new" Atheism is worse than the Vatican???? :)

  • @TheHigherVoltage fuck this, I'm not doing anymore sarcasm on the internet >_>

  • LMAO

  • Silly, juvenile stuff.

  • Everything is in the intention. He doesn't believe that wafer is the body of Christ, so him signing it is not an intentional affront on Christ. Its just flippant expression of his belief that the eucharist, is just a wafer.

If you tell your Mother, "if you burn those cookies, I'll kill you." Are you violating a commandment or two? No.

He may be wrong or right in that belief, but it doesn't mean he has malicious intent. I'm a little more offending by the idea of autograph signing period.

  • I have been reading these posts and you religious people are fucking insane!

  • I have been reading these posts are you atheists are hilariously inept at demonstrating rationality.

  • @chrisman737 lol we arent the one who belive that the wafter magically become the body of christ.

  • @chrisman737

says the person that thinks a cracker is god.

  • I have seen videos of the manufacturing plants these wafers come from, and I am sure that several of them get damaged or break on the floor. Does that mean that the person who accidentally damaged these wafers will go to hell?

  • No, because the wafers aren't the Eucharist until they're transubstantiated, through a priest, at Mass.

  • @spluaddict They aren't transubstantiated anyway. Silly Catholic myth.

  • @JaySoap nahhh, it's just a piece of cracker until it gets consecrated at mass

  • @veritasgeek its still just a piece of cracker after it gets consecrated. in christian terms, i'd say the crumbs are jesus with psoriasis, and that he'd been better off making a stop at the keebler elves factory, because he taste nasty. i hated the eucharist part. though in poor churches i remeber them using ritz cheese crackers, now that was funny.

  • It's a frackin' cracker!

  • Blasphemy.

  • I hope all the offences to our Divine Lord present in the Most Blessed Sacrament will end, including this one.

  • You people are SERIOUSLY sick in the head. I pray that God grants you forgiveness some day for the extremely offensive acts you are doing!

  • This video is offensive.

  • I think only a foolish person would be offended if i wrote on a cracker lol

  • It is ironic that the people who claim to have the intellectual higher-ground have stooped to doing childish things (teasing people and stealing things).

  • Very true, redgoldbluephantom. These videos are the best ads for why one should NOT become an atheist. Atheists merely make themselves look like insensitive and unintelligent fools when they steal hosts and desecrate them.

  • I think you mean that they're the best ads for why one should not become a jerk. Atheism doesn't require one to be an iconoclast.

  • Atheism does not require one to be an iconoclast, but it seems that most atheists on you tube enjoy iconoclasm.

  • Most of the atheists on YouTube who make a big deal out of their atheism, maybe. But then that shouldn't be surprising.

  • @chrisman737 The point is why should we be senstive to catholics. Why should we care if they are offended? Of course the only reason atheist do this is because of the reaction of catholics

  • @badpanda84 Good point. Thanks for confirming that atheists do not care about others.

  • @chrisman737 No we just do care about some stupid ancient superstition.

That and its just a wafter-

  • Yes, a wafter. Notice how it floats in midair.

  • PZ fooled again. That was a cracker, not Jesus. Symbolic though he thought it was, it was really just an idiot writing on bread for another idiot.

  • If eating your god brings you closer to him, eating a hamburger brings you closer to the cow it's made from in quite the same way, I guess.

  • God isn't real, it's a cracker get over it...

  • Another stupid, and disgusting advocate of censorship. Are you going to also say that about wine tasters?! As they do desecrate the supposed blood of Yeshua.

  • "Another stupid, and disgusting advocate of censorship."

If someone noticed a video on the you tube, made by the KKK, about how sub-human black people are, and that someone said that video should be removed, would you call that person "another stupid and disgusting advocate of censorship?"

  • Yes, ofcourse I would. Clearly if you would have read anything about Libertarian Philosophy you would expect that answer.

I suggest John Stuart Mill's' On Liberty.

  • And I suggest reading up on basic human rights, and how atheistic communism trampled on those rights for so many years. Please stop defending hate videos like this. You only make atheists look worse and worse. Oh, how I long for the days of intelligent and emotionally mature atheists, like Arthur C. Clarke (who called himself an agnostic I believe). At least he had some sense of decorum and decency!

  • Sorry, Your argument is just silly. You attacked "Atheistic" communism rather than the point I made which was that all humans, should have the basic Human right of Free Expression and Freedom of Speech.

You also said I make "Atheists" look worse and worse, putting Atheists into one singular box, is just the same as saying that all Muslims have the tendency for Suicide Bombing which is not just childish, but clearly a blind judgement.

  • I would just also like to mention, that I do not actually support what PZ Myers did in this video, as I find it provocative.

  • Of course all humans should have the basic right of free expression and freedom of speech. But, as you know, those rights need to have certain limits. For example, I cannot shout "fire" in a crowded theater when there is no fire, because my actions may hurt others. Just so, freedom of speech and expression should not be used to trample on the rights of others. Also, I find it humorous that you would parallel yourself with suicide bombers!

  • My goodness Chris, are you still on about this wafer business?

You should find it humorous that he used suicide bombers in his example, as there are actually far more parallels between their behavior and the catholics in this instance.

  • My goodness, cafeeine, are YOU still on about this wafer business?

No, I find no humor in suicide bombers. Perhaps you find suicide bombers humorous? I do not. Congratulations, you have once again made atheists look sadistic, pro-hate, and foolish.

  • Again, you have done the same fallacy of putting Atheists into one singular group. Perhaps Cafeeine is also a Vegan, shall we also use that statement for Vegans.

"Congratulations, you have once again made Vegans look Sadistic, Pro-Hate, and Foolish."

I also think your analogy is false, writing on a wafer is not actually physically hurting anybody, or is it?

  • I discussed the whole cracker issue with chris on the original video like a year ago, he had the same tactic back then, overblowing Myers' actions while ignoring those of the catholics. Apparently by now he's developed a full blown phobia that atheists are skulking around his churches hankering for consecrated flour products.

  • No, just facts, m'am. No phobia, just a reasonable concern.

  • "writing on a wafer is not actually physically hurting anybody, or is it?"

No, it is not. And, of course, that is beside the point. Is a neo-Nazi actually physically hurting someone when he paints a Jewish swastika on the door of a Jewish home? No, he is not. And, of course, that is beside the point. He is still expressing hatred while not directly physically hurting someone. Get it now?

  • lol christians are sooo persecuted.
