I have seen videos of the manufacturing plants these wafers come from, and I am sure that several of them get damaged or break on the floor. Does that mean that the person who accidentally damaged these wafers will go to hell?

Of course all humans should have the basic right of free expression and freedom of speech. But, as you know, those rights need to have certain limits. For example, I cannot shout "fire" in a crowded theater when there is no fire, because my actions may hurt others. Just so, freedom of speech and expression should not be used to trample on the rights of others. Also, I find it humorous that you would parallel yourself with suicide bombers!
