he forgot one thing. Drink simple carbs(sugar) after a workout to replenish glycogen. Fruit juice mixed with whey protein is a good post workout shake. Bananas are great too

If you want a good answer, you may want to phrase a specific question.
First, you want calories and fat right? but for which outcome?
ex.
If you want to be lean and have plenty of muscle avoid food with more than 10% fat content (sat. fats).
The method in which your meals are prepared accounts for added calories and fat too.
