Cold showers are incredible!! They are the a must for anyone who wants to invigorate their bodies and minds. I practise the cold shower daily and it's great!! Hard when u first go in but your body and mind adapts and is purified!?,
Francisco, do you do the same in winter? I mean when is very very cold outside and you live in a house with no heating? Is it safe? I have been taking cold showers since I've seen this video for the first time, about one month and I really enjoy it; but now is summer time..
Another question is, Does it has to be full cold water? I turn the tap almost to the end but full cold water is very chilly indeed, II is safe to completely turn the tap full to the cold ?What about winter?
@pimkytraviesa@wigwamman1 yes, I do that in winter as well when its' freezing outside and it's quite cold in the shouse - the more I practice this kind of things, the stronger I feel my body and immune system get - If you have doubts, I would recommend starting with smaller steps - yes, not turning the cold tap all the way to max, or limiting the time you are under the shower (like I often do - around 10 sec) are all possible options - Trust your instincts
@wigwamman1 Why not ;) - I practice and try all sorts of energy techniques - the red dots is something I have been testing for chakra clearing and activation... does that bother you? curious...

The "dew rag" is something we see black men wear and was just wondering... The red dot is something also we never see in our parts. I hope it helps. Is in it better to have it after let's say an hour after waking up? I am sacared if i do that just after jumpng out of bed I will get a heart attack or something terrible might happen.
@pimkytraviesa I have been doing that for 20 years and for me it's powerful and super energizing - However if you want to take it easy, that's ok - you can wait for an hour and try that for a week - if you're ok - take a shower 30 min after waking up and so on - you can take VERY progressive steps you are comfortable with - there are no rules, trust your instinct

He's right,they're addictive.I've been taking them since I was 17.No initial hot water,always as cold as possible.Unfortunately I live in Florida now.Cold tap water's as rare here as triple digit I.Q.'s.I've felt a marked difference.I don't feel a fraction as alive or vigorous.

what about taking cold shower in the evening ? I use to do that, hoped it will help me with my skin. Didn't do much, maybe if I did it for longer time then I would see results... I only did it like for about 2 weeks
@vitalcoaching About 2 weeks ago after an intense full body workout at the gym I decided to try hot-cold shower. I heard it's good becauses it increases blood circulation in muscles and therefore help them to regenerate faster. It was not pleasant and I did not feel much more energetic than without taking it. But it was good for pushing through pain and discomfort in a safe way, this is why I'm going to do it again in the future.
