saw heart last week,they were great,Ann can still rock .The audience which were mainly in thier 40's and 50's turned back the clock to thier earlier days for a short time,thanks to Ann&Nancy Wilson.Thank you Ladies again and again,Topeka Kansas rocked 11-5- 2010 thanks to HEART!!!
Interesting to see this in light of what we know about them (Ann/Nancy) now and how the music business has changed. It seems the changes, internet marketing, etc have actually helped rockers who may have otherwise been considered "beyond their marketability" years back 'in the day'. I saw them in 1980 in Augusta,GA. and they blew me away. I expect the same in 2010 at Chastain Park in Atlanta,Ga -Aug18. I've always wanted to meet them. Dream on, right?
@Delliana1718 Maybe she was a little nervous here. In recent interviews I did not hear a 'you know' at all from her. Interviews can be a little nerve wracking.
As much as I love both Ann and Nancy, I still love them with the original members better than the members they have in the group now. They were more talented and more creative musically with the original members.
I saw Heart in concert last night. They blew the roof off of the place. Nancy does not kick over her head anymore but she owned that guitar like she did 30 years ago. Ann's voice is as strong as ever. Heart will never get old.
