This happened b/c the tax on Cap Gains, Dividends & Interest was cut to 15% & IRS informs us the top 10% gets most of their income from Cap Gains, Div & Int

Ryan's Plan will cut the tax on these to ZERO (YES - TO ZERO %) which means some who make biillions will pay no tax -- as Medicare, Medicaid, Soc Sec, College Pell Grants & other programs for the middle class will be cut

At the end of the Great Depression, Americans were looking for a new economic model, one that would be as far as possible from the free & unregulated market policies that brought America to it's knees. In the 1932 presidential elections up to one million Americans voted for Socialist or Communist candidates. My brother was a Kidney dialysis patient for 30 years. Back in the 70's Congress decided that Kidney dialysis required special and ALL kidney dialysis patients would get entirely free treatment. 100's of thousands of lives were saved. This is what the government of the people by the people and of the people can do.
