Trade dress also is terminology for the exact files used in licensed packaging. Usually "Trade dress" refers to a lower element which would surround the bottom of the package and have information like the contents and any applicable warnings. Usually the rest of the package is covered by background branding. This is how licsensed goods retain a branded feel. A lot of fakey merch is put out using these files and flicking off layers in the photoshop files to change it a little.

The Spiderman is easily a tradedress infrigement, and only some die hard fans would notice it, but the logo is from a different franchise that the artwork is. They're both Spiderman, but the art is the movie franchise, while the logo is from the comic and cartoon franchise. -winkwink-

And some rep from Disney has probably hunted those guys down. D: Disney doesn't take crap from trade-anything infringers/

Basically they recoloured Aurora to be Belle, and... well, Cinderella is a bit of a Frankenstine. It's her body, but Belle's head (slightly modified, but not a whole lot).

That's official artwork they ripped off right there. You can find it very easily online.

That's Aurora's face and body and dress. (Sleeping Beauty) It has her necklace, her pointy collar cap sleeves, her hair style, and her face and hands. They changed her eye color to brown to look like Belle and the body of the dress to yellow (like Belle's ball gown). But not the sleeves! They're still pink!!! OMG
