@JTF2Shotty As far as the classic lock wheels they are street legal as they are not a true bead lock wheel which is illegal. In terms of the offsets you will have to go to the site and choose the style and bolt pattern first and then see what offsets are available in that size and pattern. There's tons of sizes.

and are those rims offset and how much are they offset.
