I'm sure it's fine I've seen it before however I am not entirely sure that making the MySQL database goes with ease, I remember that was the reason I didn't like them. If 110mb doesn't work try Zymic, they were really amazing free host too.

Ooooh, I remember using 000webhost at one point, I don't remember, you may just want to get some paid hosting, its not very expensive and having a domain name is a lot more fun :)
