I was tracking all of my food in a journal before the bodybugg so I still do it on paper throughout the day. At the end of the day I will enter it all in the bodybugg & it only takes me 5-10 minutes. If I decide to plan my food for the day, I will put it in the bodybugg in the morning & copy it into my written food journal. ~Uploading my calories burned just takes a few seconds. ~It's a lot of reward for a little bit of time investment. :)
I love it! It helps me stay on track like nothing else has. I used to be one of those people who rationalized with myself, "If I don't write it down, the calories don't count." The bodybugg takes that option away. I can see every calorie in & out count. -Again, I love it. Let me know if you have any questions. :)
I'm glad the video helps & I'm sorry you had trouble with it. ~I didn't cover everything. If you have any specific questions, let me know & I'll do another video. :)
The actual bodybugg has to be in physical contact with the skin on your left upper arm- on your tricep. It won't work if you wear it over your clothes. ~It monitors a bunch of things (you can Google it for the scientific stuff) & it can measure how many calories you burn a minute. When you upload it into your computer program, it will show you the difference between what you ate & what you burned. ~It is a more complex way to do "Calories In, Calories Out." ~Let me know if you have any other ?s.
thank you soooooo much for the info

This is the first time I have heard of the bodybugg. Pretty neat deal. I may look into getting one of these. It seems like a neat gadget.
