my app world wont work it is running os 6 and its app world 3.0 it keeps on saying it needs to update the blackberry id and i hit ok then its says , error 80003 please try again later can you help?

I would like to see a netflix app and mobile banking apps for chase and american express so i dont have to use my iphone. Do you have any ideal when they will be ready or if the app store will carry them?

I work for a network provider and we are getting a lot of calls where customers cannot download apps at all from the app world since the 2.0 release. They create a Blackberry App Id and after they did that they sign in but then it just loops them back to the account info page. Causing a very poor customer experience and giving blackberry a bit of a bad name at the moment as customers are getting very frustrated indeed.
