Such a shame Barney did not play this well against Taylor in the final as he did against Klassen.

I think it would have been a great game and Barney might have even won the championship had he played against Taylor as well as he played against Klassen.

they used to watch BDO alot in holland....now its become british players only...all the Dutch players have gone over....but coral are hosting a tournament next week on itv4 where pdc and bdo players will be present.

I was watching The BDO World Championship on the BBC as well as the PDC on sky.

Is it true that the PDC use thinner wire which makes the doubles and trebles bigger and easier to hit??,

I have noticed on the BDO dartboards that the wire is thicker making the Doubles and trebles smaller, making it a lot harder to hit.

The PDC trebles and doubles just seem much bigger and easier to hit.

i dont know if the wires are different widths but if they are it will be to reduce the number of bounce outs, not to increase the size of the target.

BDO sucks, in the Netherlands no one watches that anymore. Its best if they give up so that there is one official championship.

Ted's one of my faves though, I hope he wins this year and jumps ship too.

this is what makes the PDC sooo much better than the WPC. in the WPC they all moan about the crowd making noise, but barney was just like meh, i just have to throw sum darts. tis like stompe, he was laughing when he was throwing his darts on friday!
