Ok this way makes sense b/c you are saying positive affirmations BUT it's confusing b/c I've seen many people do this while naming off all the negative things in their lives.

@goddessofdivinity I do this using the microcosmic orbit and instill my positive affirmation into each point along the orbit. It is also fun to use with the chakra system, and install your affirmations into each chakra. Have fun!
