So I know this is an old video, but I get a slight buzz out of my ballasts on my VVME kit only when they first start up. Once warm they are fine. But as loud as that is + it going out and not coming back on, I would say bad balast. Could possibly be shorting your entire headlight system which kills off your other headlight too. Any questions feel free to hit me up.
I don' understand the problem? is it just the noise coming from the lights and the warnings on the LCD? bring it to your dealer and they'll probably know how to fix it.
