  • I loved this Track so much!

  • This was the last Grand Prix for Mark. In 1996 he drove for the Pac West in F-CART.

  • borred

  • You're thinking of Martin Brundle, this is Mark Blundell...different helment's, coz they're different people!

  • Why doesn't Brundle wear the Helmet when his testing a formula 1 car like redbull HE DROVE THE REDBULL WEARING THAT PLAIN WHITE HELMET.

  • @BonakiD24 Because Mark Blundell and Martin Brundle are two different people.

  • @blainyrules That doesn't answer my question.

  • at least blundell wasn't the slowest back than ... but probably the dumbest of them all!

  • damn look at those bath tubes with 4 tyres unlike today's safe cars.

  • @amokachi31 that really only applies to 50's and 60's cars... the whole "bath tub" comment.

  • @quasiphatpaul not really. it applies to 70's 80's and even till the middle of 90's. remember gilles villeneuve's crash in 82. remember senna's crash in 93.

actually senna's lose, gained f1 lots of things. after his death f1 cars became safer year by year.

  • this looks like valanica

  • @keytek9 but it's adelaide....

  • Aaah, take a look at those names - Katayama, Lamy, Diniz, Herbert, Panis and of course Salo... NOSTALGIA!

  • @WoopaTV I still remember the nice job Salo did in 99 replacing Schumacher. Good old times.

  • I loved this track =) But melbourne is cool aswell =P

  • is this the MP4/10 with the extra wing on the intake?

  • It was although by Adelaide it had gone. The mid wing didn't work very well so it was removed by mid season (Canadian GP if I remember correctly).

  • It's the development version of the MP4/10 without the winglet on the engine cover.

  • ah...i see. so what was the purpose of this wing? Extra downforce on the straights?

  • @18PacWest

that one was somewhat competitive and Mika had a few good podium finishes with it

the MP4/10 was otherwise a really twitchy car and fragile too. when Coulhard tested one in late 1995 (he left from Williams) he said it was horrible and nowhere near the Williams

  • Yes, I think so :)

  • Indeed GTAstuntz, but this is Blundell not Brundle ;-)

  • Yea. Sorry my bad.

  • @GTAstuntz No worries ;-)

  • His final race in F1 before he raced CART

  • Martin Brundle was a good driver, but he did not have a good car to prove that he was. Remember, he fought with many good F1 drivers before he came to F1.

  • Where these automatic back then?

  • nup, they were manuals

  • Semi Automatic, They had paddles behind the wheel. he left hand downshifts and the right hand upshifts.

  • The same as today - semi-automatic.

  • Man, the car looks so THIN on the sides. Would not want to crash in one of these.

  • isn't that MB for Mark Blundel?

  • Actually I think you are right lol, it does look similiar to the Warner Bros logo but it looks like MB.

  • It mean however his father, not him

  • This was mega marks last grand prix, he drove for pacwest in cart in 1996...

  • Watson commented alongside Allard Kalff in 1994

  • What Ben Edward and John Watson commentating on formula one in 1995 I know they did formula one in 2002 but in 1995 on euro sport wow I have learn something

  • They were pretty good as well, not on a par with Murray and Martin, but better than James Allen!

  • No, dude! Ben Edwards and John Watson were the best duo ever!

  • Bem legal o video...ate hoje da saudade desse circuito.
