Looks like the one he is holding is some sort of prototype. The high fret access looks really bad on this model, while the ones seen in the video answers seem to have much better access.

Meh, that guitar is pretty ugly, and he would have been endorsing Jackson at the time, I don't really know why they wouldn't have made it for him they were and are a custom company. The Jackson King V is the best guitar he's ever used in my opinion.
