@justasweird YAY! The more often you warm up, the more you find that you really can't do the same level of work without it. Good on you for going for it. A lot of people worry what others will think of them, but if you're ever going to speak in public, A) ya gotta get over that, and B) you probably want to make sure you sound as good as possible -so help yourself out by warming up! ;-) Vibes to you!
