i'm Hungarian and they don't yell at you because you brought your own water you just have to hide it from them because they want you to by it not bring your own. it's just they way we work.

I'm from Hungary,and for further information , in Hungarian the 'S' is pronounced as 'sh' so it's pronounced as Budapesht. Just FYI
