He had a very rare skin condition that spread over his body like green scales, eventualy however his condition turned into regressive atavism, meaning that he has inherited traits of ancestral species of the human race such as reptiles.....

I really loved what they did to Killer Croc in the game but, to me at least, a lot of it is lost in his voice it's just a little too, hokey I guess. He only uses the villains that are realistic enough, like the Joker, Two-Face, Scarecrow, Ras Al Ghul. and the Riddler in the next film. He won't include the mutant characters like Killer Croc, Poison Ivy, Bane or Man-Bat.
