Retail Express actually has a backup solution for loss of Internet connection that provides a guaranteed continuation of the software. So given that you can control and access your entire retail business from anywhere in the world, and not have to be chained to a particular PC - it's fantastic. I guess that's why all apps are moving to the cloud these days.
