hey man, killer video, the contact/baton combination is incredible with some of those arm rolls. Is that a rhythm gymnastics ball you're using? I am looking for a bigger ball but all the ones I find are too bouncy, any advice?

Thanks, the bigger red ball in this video is a 5 and 1/2 inch stage ball I got from Renagade juggling equ. just do a search and you'll find them.. personally I like these stageballs, they aren't bouncey and they have good grip, mine doesn't have perfect spin though wich I don't like.. I've never tried an RG ball but I think that they have perfect spin.. good luck!

Love all the stuff with spirals and that matrix-y chest roll/behind the neck roll. I also really appreciated the material with clubs as I've just started with clubs myself and they're still all shiny and new to me. Abandoned working on spirals a while ago but am inspired to give it a go again.
