For the water under the car, i use a Turbulent Displace ( Effect)
Values:
- Amount : 20
- Size : 20
- Pinning : Pin Horizontal
and to animate u move the offset (Turbulence), Using Keyframes.

nice work! btw it would look better if the fire would be color corrected to match the scene, it looks wayy to hot and the thunders look kinda fake looks better without the thunders or maybe just lower the opacity to make them look more real
