she is not deep enough down in the mei tai, have you tried using it none apron style? Is this a bamberoo? I find padded waste mei tais are hard to use unless you use them non apron style

I love the beginning of the video, but your dd really should be deeper in to the MT- there shouldn't be space left under her bum mama :)

I like your technique for getting baby on your back, but I worry that you're letting go of baby before the carrier is actually secured. You might try gripping a thigh while bringing the straps together in front.  Thanks for contributing to bw'ing knowledge ;-)
