haha yea i play cal. and like even ogl does not allow crouch walking or pub walking as some call it. im sure in a prestigious tournament they wouldnt allow it as well.

actually to let you know ive played in wcg and they do allow it. in lans and big tournaments they let you crouch run

it might even be that at time crouchwalking in general was still alowed.. it hasn't been that long ago
