Peg Reminds me of my grandma who passed awhile back. I remember the stories of of her childhood and of the years she raised my mom and uncle. Peg makes me miss her even more! You are lucky to have pictures and a cut of her voice telling a part of your family history.
You are right, we are lucky. I'm thinking of beginning to collect stories from my parents, uncles and aunts this summer. We have boxes of photos to label, scan and use.
