Thanks dcstudio. It's my brother playing and I'm really proud of him so I also get kind of defensive sometimes and also don't really know a lot about jazz. I did record this with a digital camera and that could be why the drums isn't being picked up well, it was just one guy on drums.
I agree with dc and Kelly--the pianist is very good. The rest of the band is dragging him down. It's poor stage etiquette to stand around and look bored when someone else is playing--brings the vibe way down. He should play as a solo act. :)

drums are weak, really weak.. you need a better rhythm section. Sax player looks bored out of his mind..
