Thanks for the add guys. First of all I do like the guys cheeky face when strumming away, and you lady have a quite beautiful voice, but the over emphasis at the end of each line on this cover is quite off-putting. I realise that you have to have your own unique style and this maybe a way of differentiating yourself from other artists but it's just not needed. Play it straight and you have a winning combination.

"Pearl's a singer" by Elkie Brooks. It would fit Scheherazade's vocal chords like the

proverbial glove. Soft and smooth like silk. Can't wait to hear that one in a hopefully

Although I prefer Laura Jansen's version of "Use Somebody" over this one, the

latter is definitely in a league of its own. Brittle and bewildering at the best of times. The Sing Strings will certainly get noticed by a larger audience, if they can

consolidate this kind of quality. And then it won't be long before miss Oprah invites them for a small and intimate acoustic set to "rattle" a few ears in the house. And my suggestion for another great coversong for them to do, would be:

I haven't heard several of the original versions of these songs, so to me these are the originals. And to be honest - I like some of your versions better than the originals. I realize sometimes it's a matter of taste and preference, but I also think your performance is exceptional. And there's something so freeing about the music.

You can actually sing very well!! One thing though: after 2 times that you do that thing at the end of a sentence, it gets a bit irritating, at least for me. It's what made me dislike The Cranberries, and it could really turn against you eventually. If a lot of people dó like it, don't change it, but I thought it wouldn't be fair if I didn't say it.

Besides this one thing, keep this up, and if you would indeed change that one thing I will want to hear a lot more from you :-)

I practice gung fu ancient art silk weaving exercises and Pakua Chang for health and relaxation purposes, and there are several lotus type positions incorporated into the exercises. I, like Sheherezade, prefer not to wear shoes because it's harder on the ankles. And several times I got stuck in that position. :-)

Besides being beautiful, I can tell Sheherezade has more grace & flexibility than I do, lol!

@shtboxexpose So true! And I've been thinking about the "hypnotic." There are so many sounds and music which overbearingly infringe on peoples' psyches, but I find this to be so freeing. Not intrusive or obtrusive in any way. It's beautiful, pure, low key but vitalizing, Their music relaxes me, yet jump starts (better said - 'awakens') me. How can I say this - hmmmm. Some music affects me like several cups of espresso coffee. SingStrings music is more like a healthy dose of Resveratrol. lol!
