I can't wait for RFID! So much easier than using dirty, outdated (and soon worthless) paper currencies and no way to ever get mugged, not that I've even been mugged with cash, but still, RFID is the wave of the future! All these new innovations will make life so much easier, technology just keeps getting better and better! Just imagine having all your banking, credit cards, your drivers license, voter's registration card and ObamaCare Health info, all built right into your hand, bye bye wallets!
@CorporateRule Just imagine having all of your eggs in one basket. There is not enough accountabilty, not enough punishment for white collar crime, to implement any such thing. White collar criminals should be literally tortured to death in public, but we slap them on the wrist and they walk away. Doubt it? Look where Michael Miliken is today.
RFID in supermarkets is the working alternative to filling supermarkets with food made from chemical waste (aka hydrogenation) that microbes can't eat - and human beings shouldn't.
The other alternative is smaller markets and higher prices, where the market keeper can actually see and keep track of when things have gone bad/sour/stale/rotten.
Also, fresh fruit and bread (unlike jews) doesn't get upset when its numbered and shipped state to state by boxcar.
