  • @coscorolo Thats his tail!

  • Sometimes I think it's a shame these creatures are extinct but last night I hit a deer on the way home from work. The damage to my car was bad enough but if I hit one of these animals it would have tuned my car into a pile of scrap and then they'd turn around and eat what was left of me out of it. No thanks!

  • LOOK AT ELEFANTS DICK AT 0:39

  • Just Google it: Prehistoric Mammals Collection by Guruzen.

  • really a pity that some of these animals, not all, were driven to extinction by man. Even the ancestors to native americans who everyone thinks live in perfect harmony with nature, nonsense

  • the best ....

  • That Ostrich looking thing looks like a chocobo...that would be awesome to ride one of those things.

  • lol @MrPrazil yea sure it makes more sence that some 5million year old mother fucker sitting on a cloud created the earth LOLWUT xD

  • @gurgir Wrong. He doesn't sit on a cloud.

  • sorry dud but scientist prove evolution wrong

  • wer is the big rooster ahahah

  • 1:03 i LOL'ed

  • I feel like a nerd even though i got a C 83 in science.

  • wow

  • 7 metres? A more accurate maximum would be 6 metres! Conservative estimates say it was around 18 feet!

  • Man technology is kicking ass...... can't wait to see stuff like this remade 20-30 years from now.

  • @94jg Sure :-) Maybe they will do a remake or "Walking with Beasts 2" (along with the others, from trilogy)!

  • @HereCuzImBoard

*sniff* sniff* Fee Fie Foe Fum--I smell the blood of a creationist one! [green face] And something really smelly coming out the rear end! It looks like shi...NO WAY! IT'S A BRAIN--that appears to be the size of walnut!!! Excuse me, I mistook that for a small doo-doo rock! NOW WASH YOUR HANDS! And be sure to buy a new brain! ; l

    regards,

  • gastornis= BADASS!

  • Is this science fiction or these cratures really existed ?

  • @tehuan1 - They really existed. The ones you see here are (in order of appearance), Doedicurus, Deinotherium, Indricotherium, Moeritherium, Gastornis, Phorusrhacos (love terrorbirds! :), Megatherium, and of course Mammuthus (Woolly mammoth).

And some Ancylotherium, Australopithecus (our ancestors), Leptictidium and Smilodon in the background.

It's from the 2001 BBC-show "Walking with Beasts".

  • freaky and scary

  • 100.000 views... thanks everybody!

  • @lemaro1977

  • the gastornis is for me the scariest !a bird who kills a horse?

  • @MsMariosonic lol even the baby Indricotherium is about the size of a stallion!

  • Very nice.

  • wonderful!!:D

    what a beautiful place too

  • how long ago did Paraceratheriums live? Them and Ground sloths are so cool

  • @ThePippyPuppyShow

Peraceratherium lived about 25 million years ago. Megatherium survived up until as late as 10,000 years ago.

  • Is it just me, or do some of these look a lot like the creatures from The Future is Wild??

  • I saw this video and thought it was cool!!!!!!!!!

  • cool video

  • cool vid.

  • 1:02

    Hairy humans!!!

This is the last ice age and if you watch the future is wild, the Earth in 5 million years will mimic the climate zones of this one.

  • haha is the music yanni??

  • i forgot rhino too

  • those things on 1:13 are related to zebras girrafes, and camels butt i cant think of the name but i knew it. there 8-14 feet high

  • @RoyalZebraGirl

Nooo ma'am! They were in fact hornless Rhinos--and were around 18-20 feet high.

  • yup megatheirium. 6 to 7 meters long from nose to tail and the same weight as a elephant.

  • Please do a other video like this, but do with from the first series "Walking with Dinosaurs" and with the same piece of music

  • @saltasaurus1

I will think about it, because in the moment I have a list of ideas to put here first. I´m glad you like, thanks for watching!

    regards,

  • @lemaro1977 THANKS.

  • yea i think...those birds are huge if they were still here they would eat us all i wonder why all the animals got much smaller like mammoths to elephants doedicuruses (ica agearmadillo) elk to todays elk they r all smaller lol

  • @thusday8 It is my belief that after the Ice age, they grew shorter as the climate grew hotter, to reduce body heat.

  • This isn't a game it's a telavision program =)

  • thats a big dinotherium

  • yes! :)

  • this was actually made in 2000.

  • pretty good graphics for an early 2000's game

  • Oh, wouldn't it be amazing if we could go back in time and see these creatures with our own eyes?

I would do anything to see them, and experience how life was back then.

Would also be interesting to see how the human/ape people would react to a modern human as well!

If we'd live long enough to find out, there is...

  • I imagine somehing like this everytime. It would be amazing!!!

  • @Starchild91 - And then we would have proof that the earth is more than 6000 years old and that we weren't created in some divine image of the almighty creator, unlike what the creationists are saying. ;)

Proof that we are animals that have evolved just like every other species on the planet.

  • @Starchild91 What?

  • @funrizwan You got a bad hearing...?

  • @Starchild91

    Amen, brother.

  • sumthin with sapinen :D

  • They are our ancestors. even then they could walk upright they just hadn't evolved all the way to look like a human

  • love this programme :')

  • very thanks!!!! ;-)

  • Gastornis an Terror bird were 2 seperate birds.

  • aaahhhh what a nice film the music is so relaxing =)

  • whats the animal on 4:31

  • Megatherium, a giant ground sloth

  • Paraceratherium's would be scary to be around..

  • Nice music! The creatures were beautiful too.
