turbo is faster and can be reliable... an h22 has high compression if you get new pistons for lower compression and a turbo it will be just as reliable... you just gotta be smart, turbo way faster than all motor

The advantages of a closed deck is that the cylinders will be stiffer, therefore more able to withstand higher cylinder pressures. It also keeps the cylinders from moving around as much during high loads. but i think their more 4th gens because their about 200 lbs lighter then the 5th gens and also the vtec models having the h22a1
hmm depends ithe h23a1 is going to be easier to boost cuss it has no vtec so easier to tune but i think its an open deck motor so won't take as much boost as well as the h22 but if it is a open deck the h23a1 is easier to boost but won't hold as good and the h22 is harder but can take boost better so it depends on what your looking for
i have no idea what that means but i know the 5th gen preludes have that issue that is why you dont see alot of turbo 5th gen lude vids here comparing to the 4th gen

And with a grand in mods you can get a pulley swap, idler, filter, and a catback. That's an extra 70rwhp you didn't have $1,000 ago. That's about 430rwhp you can hit 11s with that with decent tires. There's a guy called doodad on here who hit 11's with just those mods I posted above or real similar.

mustangs sound better, i own an 03 Mustang GT and a 93 Accord LX. the mustang has flowmaster pipes, k and n cold air intake, and its chipped, whith 400 whp, and my accord has a fully built h22a with aem cold air intake and 3a racing exhaust, turbo, and pumps out about 320 whp, and i prefer the sound of my mustang over the accord.
