  • Things with a Shoulder: a highway, a football player, Dynasty's Joan Collins...

  • @bearfedway Hahaha! Joan Collins! Now, that's what you call an '80s clue! :-)

  • @gameshowluvr86 I remember one win in which that clue was at the top of the pyramid and the celebrity said "a road, a football player, Joan Crawford..."

I wonder if the show ever comes back on the air if contestants would be able to guess the answer from those clues. Thanks for the response and the video posts.

  • the guy sucked at the end....coffin and dead body? TRY TREASURE

  • I love the country of Kentucky. LOL... 1:05

  • OMFG the tie-braker portion!

"We went to war with them in the 50's, North and South--"

Receiver of the clues responds with, "Kentucky!"

Seriously, where the hell did she get that from! LOL! Too funny!

  • "Pirates' Treasure" would have been great for the fourth box.

  • I would have said "the hatchet". Acceptable, right?

  • How about "Wesley Snipes's career...." lolz...

  • Or "Soon to be John McCain"

  • LOL, NICE...

  • OR "John McCains Presidance Race" or "JOhn McCains Political Career"

  • Or "a dog's bone"

  • For the last one, I would have said "highways" or "roads".

  • This is a really good quality video.

  • why did they change the main pyramid from blue to white but kept the winner circle blue?

  • The WC changed to white on the Audrey Landers & Charles Siebert week (9/19/83-9/23/83).

What I don't get is why did it only take until the 2nd week of shows to do the same thing to the main board.

  • God, I wish I had that week.... :(

  • For me (and I mentioned this a while back), the most highly sought after week of "The New $25,000 Pyramid" is the Shelley Smith & Bill Cullen week (10/10/83-10/14/83). The reason why I thgink it's so highly sought after is because USA Network has never shown it, and neither has GSN.

  • Would you happen to know what time the pyramid came on when it was shown on USA?

  • Well, here in Dallas (Central time), The $25,000 Pyramid came on at 3:00 in the afternoon, followed by The $100,000 Pyramid at 3:30. After that, PGA Golf, or somethin' crappy like that would come on... lol.

  • I'm quite sure I remember it coming on at different times of the day, despite the fact that the shows all came on in the same order. I couldn't even tell time back then LOL! I was only about two or three, but I remember it pretty well.
