After having played music games and on a real drum set, I think it's safe to say that everything is much easier to play on a real drum set than on these things, including fast fills, heel-toe stuff, and keeping stuff on time. I tend to have a very hard time trying to keep those consistent quarter note bass drum beats on rock band, but it's easy on a real drum set.

However, as its a GAME and double bass is available for all drums, people can play it how they like. I see he used one foot but it doesn't detract from someone who uses 2. It's just more comfortable to use 2 on fake pedals. Real pedals are much better and so yes, 1 pedal would be fine. Except obviously on songs that are charted double bass. Either way, it's all acceptable now.

Well I just don't know what I do wrong, but most of those fast hits I mess up on. Although I can't keep those steady bass hits for shit. I try my hardest and nothing. This is one of my only weak points. I do great on Bad Omen, Panic Attack, Disturbed's song, etc. Although this song is my enemy. Maybe those double hits are hard since I don't use heel toe? If you have seen Two Weeks by All That Remains I FC'ed that, and those have fast double hits like this, but I can't get these.

its called a capture card. u simply split the consoles video signal( with adapters) and plug it into the card which gets plugged into the computer. you could also use the video out port on ur tv to plug the caputre card into

But it's easier to hit those if you can keep it at the same tempo as the left. If you can, try to do it with your left foot too. It helped me greatly. But I play real drums, with double bass too, so that helped me too :P

I cant scale it, but i know that RB1 was very easy, and some people turned to GH for the difficulty, so when RB2 came around, they made it harder to appeal to more hardcore fans.
