That isn't patched in Xbox version, but because the game play isn't very organized in Xbox Live, it is pretty easy to destroy with medic and demoman.

Last time I tried it sapping wasn't affected by height but that was only small differenses in height (ledge on turbine) don't know about that hieght

It's not outside the Sniper's range. Even after most of this area (the dark part) has been patched to be inaccessible, the part you can build the Sentry on can find and kill enemies.

5. Console allows binds to script your most used stuff. e.g: 1 button to build Sentry, intead of over toolbox weapon, choose object, build.

Yeah those are true. I got a slow PC on busy servers, that's the only thing that bugs me. But with all the awesome stuff(you forgot the fact that people can make custom maps and stuff on PC), extra weapons, bots for achievments, and all the other stuff really makes it worth the lag.

Still works on PS3, but if you build a sentry first, not a dispenser, you can crouch-jump onto the ledge. Why doesn't anyone do that. It's easier.

Seriously, just because it's there doesn't mean Valve put it there on purpose. That one map where you can get under the level: probably not there on purpose. Of course, seeing as the sentry fires up through the ground (normally nothing can), it may have been put in... You could just send an email to Gabe and ask him if it's supposed to be there.
