well first you need to mod your wii, and then you need to go to scorehero(dot)com to begin to mod a gh3 game. But you need a copy of gh3 or download an iso off bittorrent. It's complicated, but it'll probably cost you 50 bucks, for the mod chip. And unless you know how to solder a chip on the wii(you have to open the wii!) than it'll probably cost you an extra 20 bucks to ask someone who knows.
