@heypepper She actually didn't play any more after this year. I agree she was good, but I can't blame her - she has dry skin & lips, and her poor mouth looked so painful after a few weeks. Granted she could have taken more care, but she was pretty young them. She's into guitar now.

you dont know if his main is brass. band directors usually play about ever instrument and are pretty good at it. my director is a clarinet player and taught me everything i know about trumpet. now im section leader, brass captain and made DCA for the summer. quit hating!

Yes same at mi school. if our teacher catches us with bad posture we get a x for the day. @ our concert we were not allowed to talk AT ALL or else.....

hey letsfight, when you play the trumpet and you realse your pinky from the ring, it allows for more movement in your ring finger. But i guess you allready knew that

BTW...when you play don't lift your fingers off above the valve. When you start playing really fast stuff you wont have a prayer. Leave them lightly resting on top

in our 6th grade we have 1french horn, 5 trumpets, 3 percussionists, 6 clarinets, 2 flutes, 3 saxaphones, and 2 trombones

in our junior high band i wish we had that many players!

shes not to good ... but for a 3 month player shes alright i have been playing 4 1 year and when i was into 3 monthes i was a little better plus her solo was only a couple seconds long its not amazing they should have hade a harder solo thats so unbelivable easy and short it shouldnt have even been made a big deal out of but good job kid keep trying i would give that solo c+ keep trying

u no.... shes good, u should give her a longer and a little harder solo... trust me itll bring up confindense and skill to strive for a higher goal... i play trumpet.. thats what i did and im amazing, im allready in a symphony, and i played a high school B piece in a competion while i was in eighth grade!!! good luck!!

!!i wish our brass choir had been that big! but honestly we played much better music than hers did though i mean no disrespect, when the saints go marching in isn't exactly the finale to orpheous(ik thats spelled wrong)
