  • Amaizing!!! :)

  • what is this keyboard?

  • @robertas2391

Korg M3 on top, Yamaha CP33 underneath :)

  • @rickashake thx.

  • Do you have the part? please.

    thx for the video!

  • @MyaLiberty93

Erm... What part? Did you mean the sheets? Unfortunately no. I never use sheets while recording

  • @rickashake Yeap I mean the sheets (sorry I'm french so...) How can you play so good without sheets? That's just amazing! Anyway Thx for the video, It's magic!

  • @MyaLiberty93

I only had a couple of private music lessons. i know the terminology and i can read piano sheets (not that good though), so i tend to listen closely to the songs instead of playing blindly what someone on the internet wrote. those sheets are mostly terrible anyway :)

    thnx for your comments

  • Really nice! You're pro!

  • one of the best playing ive heard! So gentle and.....

Can you record this for me as a midi file?

    Greetings

  • @gaboaaa23

may i have the midi file too if you have time to record this masterpiece. greatly appreciated

  • @lowpay508

I don't think I have the sequencer file saved. I just recorded it directly into the M3 sampler so I can get out the wav file. sorry :(

  • @rickashake

okay, understand! But isnt there a way to convert the wav file into a midi file?

    Greetings

  • @gaboaaa23

Yes, you might be able to find a software that does that, but the end result wouldn't be even close to the original. No software can recognise single notes from a wav file and reproduce them inside MIDI without huge oscilations in pitch and tempo. I won't even mention velocity :)

  • @rickashake

yea, I think you are right! Than we have only one option! You press your button for midirecording! :-)

I hear your video over and over again! I like it, that tehre is no 90's kickdrum.

    Only beautiful piano melody!

If you like musik like this, i can recomend you Atb - Trinity! Its even more beautiful than this Robert Miles track.

    greetings

  • well done!!!!!!

  • what keyboard is this?

  • @MRQ121

Korg M3 on top, and Yamaha CP33 stage piano on the bottom

  • Very nice! I wish I could play a piano, would be so awesome!

  • Not simple, I mean catchy.

  • @TheBrynWilliams

Are you asking about which chords are in the song or what does "Catchy" mean?

  • @rickashake

I'm asking what the chord progression is. You said "a very catchy chord progression" in the desciption.

  • @TheBrynWilliams

    C sharp, B flat minor, F minor :)

  • @rickashake

    Thank you! :)

  • What is the simple 3 chord progression?

  • CORRECTION: "because it was awesome!"

  • Awesome cover! I subscribed because was awesome! Where did you get the sheets from or where did you learn it if you didn't use sheets because this is the best cover I've seen and I want to learn this really badly.

  • @TheBrynWilliams

    Thnx for subscribing :)

Unfortunately, I don't use sheets. It's just a simple improvisation and variations on the main theme

  • @rickashake wow!!! amazing !!!!!1 is the best cover of the song i´ve ever heard. i don´nt know if the song it´s that so hard o something, but almost no one can play it like the ral one, but amazing man!! really. It´s so difficult the song really?

  • @riquelme1703

No, not really. It's just a very well known tune so if you mess up or change something - it just doesn't sound the way it should. :)

  • Awesome! Great job man. Of course subscribe

  • Absolutely great!! I love it!

  • Hey! When I saw your video, I thought both keyboards looked familiar! And I realised that I have the same setup as you! OMG. I just got the cp33 though... could you share with me on how you connect the M3 to the cp33? Thanks dude! Your music rocks!

  • @altonesax

Haha, nice. They're connected via MIDI. I use the CP33 to control the M3. Take a MIDI cable and plug it into MIDI OUT on the CP33 and into MIDI IN on your M3. That's it :)

  • Simply amazing ! I love your style !

  • very goood

  • beautifully done!what keyboard is on bottom?is it connected to pc to play sound,or does it has built in sounds?or is the sound from the m3?

  • @divinelykeyed

It's the Yamaha CP33 stage piano. I use it to control the M3 since i prefer weighted keys. It still has different types of sounds on its own (sveral pianos, e.pianos, strings, choirs, guitars, bases, organs...)

  • @rickashake thnks very much i really appreciate your replies..i'm really new to the midi thing...so,you connect the cp33 to the korg m3 through a midi port right?and then you connect the cp33 to an amplifier and a speaker?

  • @divinelykeyed

    Well, almost :)

If you'd want sounds from the M3 - you'd connect that keyboard to an amp. You can have both keyboards playing at the same time ofcourse. MIDI is used here only to control the sounds from the M3 externaly.

  • @rickashake oh ok cool..thnkx!

  • Are you using the M3 as a sound module? Is that sound a combi from the M3?

  • @IDOBLU2008

As in previous videos - yes. It's a sample pack of a Yamaha C7 grand for the M3. This combi was tweaked though
