  • Tara I was just wondering if drinking coffee has any bad effect to yoga practice. I usually drink 2 small cups a day (morning and afternoon). I drink plenty of water per day and Im a vegan, so just the coffee Im still wondering about. Thanks for all your effort you put in your videos, I feel myself being better in body and mind. :)

  • I hated exercise and I dreaded going for a run everyday but I had to do it anyway because I thought it was the only way I could tone up. Ever since I found your channel I stopped going for a run and did yoga instead. I'm really happy that I found something I look forward to everyday when i wake up.

    Thank You Tara :)

  • Hello! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of belly fat with it.

  • I completely agree! after yoga, I feel as if I want to carry that positive momentum forward, as opposed to feeling drained and ravenous as Tara was describing. Doing yoga makes me feel just generally "healthy", and I actually prefer healthy choices to unhealthy ones because yoga encourages me to honor my body. Plus, the sense of peace and fulfillment I get when I do yoga kind of cancels out the desire for external distraction in the form of junk food. It's as if I just don't need it.

  • thanks so much tara. i love yoga and i've been eating healthily for over 8 months now, i love my new lifestyle. i didn't plan to lose weight, because i was at a really healthy weight, but i wanted to start treating my body good, become more flexible and more fit. and i am!! now and then i do get really strong cravings like a burger or some chips or coke...(every once in a while i give in hehe) but just drinking lots of water, eating something like grapes or brushing my teeth works to rid them.

  • So if u eat a burger like once in a month ot two steel bad? i mean sometimes u juts in the mood of it i love your yoga videos you should upload more of morning yoga :)

  • THANKS FOR THE VIDEOS! I HAVE BEEN DOING YOUR "BEGINNERS YOGA FOR WEIGHTLOSS FOR THE PAST 2 MORNINGS NOW. I AM GONNA KEEP IT A ROUTINE, AND ALSO GET SOME YOGA DVDS . HOPING TO LOSE WEIGHT THRU YOGA AND HELP MY ANXIETY AS WELL.

  • You can lose your extra-weight, regain your beauty and health back... It is very easy now... Just check the link b61f6-y4v-xnvqaiq3gnxr8t9w.hop.clickbank. net/

  • Tara, you're awesome and your videos are great, but you're incorrect in this video when you imply that organic kale tastes bad. Go to the buffet at Whole Foods and try the sesame kale. It's delicious. Kale also goes well with garlic or lemon. Kale is the quintessential nutritious green leafy vegetable and everyone should eat it regularly.

  • @LudwigMendelssohn Um she didn't imply that at all....she simply said don't feel like you have to learn to like organic kale. she never said or implied she thought it was bad, she was just saying that people who are just getting into this lifestyle shouldn't feel the need to learn to like things like that. :)

  • @LudwigMendelssohn I can't afford The Whole Wallet

  • I am so getting you book (thumbs up)

  • Very motivational! Thank you!

  • I just came across your workout videos and Im so happy :D Im a student and these videos are free and short so I can do one everyday when I have 10 minutes to spare :) Thank you

  • You look too thin. Obsession with being thin because of constant criticism in the culture (esp. living in New York with all those emaciated supermodels).

  • It's so true what you said about how yoga leaves you feeling in comparison to how some workouts leave you feeling. After doing cardio and weights, I feel like rewarding myself with a treat (usually unhealthy) for having "punished" myself, but after yoga I feel so relaxed and peaceful, that I feel more like having something light and healthy (if I'm even hungry). Thank you for your videos! :)

  • Thank you so much - I feel my body toning only after a week. But more importantly training with your videos are helping me gain back emotional stability that i've been lacking for a while! Thank you again!

  • BIEN

  • are you in a hotel room?

  • thankyou tara you have transformed my life and i find inspiration by looking at u.haha

  • Oh hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • I wish that I could get in to yoga but I'm such a go, go, go! kind of person. I'm not calm enough to do yoga haha

  • @PeaceNdLovee that's a funny comment because that's the point. and when it comes to yoga, there are so many styles you would probably be just fine with a brisk-moving vinyasa class. never stops moving and really works the body.

  • Hi Tara, you seem really calm smart and collected, I agree that once you start you will feel better and do better things for your body, I started doing some yoga stretches when I got herniated disks in my back in 2009, unfortunately, I gained back all the 30lbs I lost, and back to square one. My question is all mind related, 1. How do you get on the right frame of mind to start again, and 2. How do you remain consistent, and continue a healthy lifestyle?

  • Great video :) Thankyou

  • Thanks a lot!!

  • How much do classes cost at your studio and will I feel like a complete amateur? I have been doing hatha yoga for a while but I went to an advanced vinyasa class at NYSC at one point and they averaged about 1.5 seconds per pose, which not only made me feel like an idiot but does not seem to have any physical or mental benefit, it seems more like the whole "Life moves quick in the big city" thing.... Oh right, sorry about that, so is your studio more about speed or proper form?

  • i apsolutly love these videos.im no overweight but id like to loose 5-10 lbs. ive tried working out and i can never commit to it. i learned a lot from you (especialy in this video) and i want to thank you.

  • Comment removed

  • I practiced yoga for nine years but it never helped me shed the bit of belly fat that I knew shouldn't be there. When I went on a plant-based, oil-free diet last September, those 15 pounds were gone in 15 days and I've stayed that weight ever since. If Americans want to lose weight and make themselves much less susceptible to heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and cancer, the answer is simple: cut animal proteins and processed foods (including oil of any type and refined sugar) out of the diet.

  • Hi Tara i hope you don't stop doing these videos, i agree with aungtoo1, your blog and videos are definitely a big help for those people who wants to learn yoga and be healthy but can't afford yoga classes nor personal instructors, or lifestyle coaches. You are an inspiration and a good motivator thank you

  • THANKS A LOT FOR THESE VIDEOS !!!! THEY DIDNT ONLY HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT BUT IT GOT MY BODY A HELTHIER NEW LOOK AND IM ONLY 11 YEARS OLD

  • @AlysonMusicXD Your 11 and your already weight obsessive, What do you want a new look for? who to impress? do you not have parents who care. Look after yourself in general not for looks

  • Lol, did you film this is a hotel room?

  • I feel the same way! I was doing bad and working out super intense and eating like 1800-2000 c alories per day since I was so hungry. Now I eat around 1400-1600 without even thinking. I dont have the urge to eat so much stuff I ate or overeat :) Your the best!

  • thanks....... so inspiring, so pretty, so clean cut, so refreshing!

  • thank you you very sweet and helpful, i am a broke student who loves yoga but cant afford classes.. again thankyou

  • im 13 yrs old and most of my friends only eat junk food :/ i feel sick just looking at cupcakes. i rly try to eat healthy and take care of myself, but i cant get rid of my stomach fat. any tips pls?

  • Ive lost 17 pounds doing this.. its kinda hard at first , but once you keep at it, it get really really easy

  • @debberlin omg!! Really? If u don't mind my asking, how many times a week did u do yoga, and for how long each day?

  • Agreed! Have lost 14 pounds so far, through yoga and the associated choices I've made about the foods I eat. Thanks for the motivation and the great guidance!

  • i feel like this was a really good video - it made sense . i understood it but i would like to know where do i start i am 5.6 tall and 13 lbs and i'm a 21 yr old female and i have a slipped disc at the bottom of my spine and i've tried different excercises and i often here my hip clicking - what yoga video would you suggest i follow at home ? as i am a mum of 1 busy little 3 yr old i only have eveings to myself fro about 7-8ish to when i go to bed ! please help if you can ! thanks

  • @BananaaMoon I can tell you that Yoga makes you aware of your posture. Having awareness of your posture gives you energy from more efficient breathing, and brings you into the present moment, both of which energize you as a replacement for overeating.

  • Wow, I'm totally glad I'm ugly, She makes a serious video and 90% of the responses are just about how she looks, they don't even reference the video, that must suck =( Ah well, now i have to try and do yoga as a 358 lbs male :p Very sexy indeed!

  • you look healthy and beautiful!<3

  • I havent been dedicated to working out anymore, since I had my last child. I use to be so dedicated before having children. But tara i must hand it to ya Im going to give it one more try.

  • LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!

  • I did yoga for the first time in my life today.. i felt so relaxed and calm when i got done... and i didnt go to the fridge and pull out some fried chicken to eat but instead i pulled out a plate and had cucumbers and watermelon(: thank you so much for making your videos they helped me alot!

  • I started doing yoga 2 weeks ago and already lost 5 lbs!

  • I started doing yoga 2 weeks ago and already lost 5 lbs!

  • You're beautiful, and have a great message.

Get an HD webcam, or video camera. Watch your view count go through the roof.

  • you want to be my girl friend =) nice videos really..

  • just looking at you makes me want to do yoga. which i plan on starting today :)

  • Wow theres alot of teenagers on here like me! thats great to know~! I'm 16, and i agree with everything you said~ I used to not work out and eat badly, and last year i gained 20 pounds! I freaked out and decided it was time for a change~ I now do cardio every day along with yoga(I love you're vids) and I feel like once i started, not only did my happiness levels increased, but my sleeping and eating habits changed too~ I love working out now, especially yoga~ I thank you and so does my body! xD

  • Thank you, thank you,.... thanks for putting the truth out there. You have it together.... We need more of the youth today (generation of tomorrow) to be subscribing to your lifestyle .... it'll make this earth a better place.

  • Thank you, thank you and thank you...... thanks for putting the truth out there. you have is together.... Bless you!!

  • how do you stay on track so well? Like I understand that now it is probably a lifestyle-- but how about for starting out?

  • okay i'm a new subscriber as in i i stumbled across you last night at 1 am i'm a combat veteran with a laundry list of problems from multiple tours in the insanity of Iraq. While i can't say that what you have talked about in your vids gotten rid of my problems you have helped me gain some control over them... you'll never understand how thankful i am for that

  • Plus yoga.

    Minus sixty pounds.

  • Hey Tara, i'm 12 years old and they told me that with yoga i could loose weight. So i'm going to try it but i just want you to now that i think that is a great idea thank you :):):):):):):)

  • hi Tara, i'm 17 years old. I'm short and quite slim but i don't like my legs and especially my thigs. It's an obsession! I'm totally new to yoga.. do you have any tips to get skinny?? Please answer :)

  • hey Tara, love your videos, thanks for posting.they've helped me a lot. ^_^.

  • Hi there Tara first I'd just like to say your videos have helped me burn a lot of weight and keep healthy. I'm 13 but I don't enjoy and sports so Yoga is so fun and calming for me. Going off what you said about eating healthy I used to eat KFC alot and now after eating it I can't stand it and feel sick. Thanks to you and yoga I'm a much happier and healthier me :)

  • @scarlettin Im 13 also! I love the yoga too! \I have been vegetarian for 10 months and even since my choice of NO MORE meat I have been feeling wonderful and find myself not grabbing whatever is in the pantry or fridge. I find myself looking for high protein foods and watching out for unhealthy food. I no longer eat most mcdonalds and KFC foods because of their TYPE of meat industry which is caged chicken. I have seen videos.... Horrible ones. Anyways it makes me ALOT healthier so check it out!

  • Hey @scarlettin, I see you want to know the Best diet to lose weight. Check out this great resource I found tinyurl@com/Quick-ways-of-loosing-weight .

  • I wanna healthy skinny like you!!!

  • shes so slim. so calm. and so sexy. tara looks really healthy :)

  • Tara. I'm just beginning to get in to yoga and I love your videos. After a hard day's work I wanted to go have a couple of drinks or take home some beer (a bad habit). I sat down to watch your video on weight loss yoga challenge. After trying a few of the simple exercises I felt much better and I never did go for the alcohol. Somehow the desire just faded. Now I can hardly wait to do these everyday. Thank you. By the way, have you ever written a book? If not then you should consider it.

  • @Terrigm45 She has written, Slim Calm Sexy, i want to read it too!

  • Thanks Tara - it's so refreshing to hear this advice in such an easy to understand talk to camera. I really appreciate these videos. Hope to see you at Strala Yoga in NYC at some point. Cheers Lucy

  • I have done Yoga but not for weight loss.. I am really excited to do it again, but to lose weight as well. Thanks for your great videos. I love learning new info.

  • i ´ve been doing yoga for 7 months now and it really does work! I lost weight, got toned muscles and cellulite disappeared ( I didn't expect that! ) . Besides that , yoga gives a great feel of accomplishment when you can do one posture you were not able to ! :D

  • I don't think fast food is the root of all evil. I am sure it is not too bad at all. The problem is always when you don't have enough alternation within your meals. I mean eating blue berries only is for sure worst than eating fast food only. I think, if you like fast food (I do and i eat it once or twice a week). That's ok. Just don't choose the biggest Burger with the biggest portion of fries (better leave out the fries completely). Everytime she asks whether you wanna more calories say: No.

  • 2 qs - r ya vegetarian? wat diet do ya follow

hw many times n hw often do ya do surya namaskar?

  • Absolutely, 100% true what she mentions about fast food. I try to spread the reality as a medical student and adults simply don't want to give up their favorite fix... Yoga has changed my body since I really began my practice in January (2010). I began really loving my body by June and I have lost weight but also gained muscle tone. More importantly, I have never had more confidence in how I look and when I don't practice my mood is affected.

  • Tara, I was in a car accident in 2003 and had to have surgery on my stomach pretty bad and I was wondering if yoga would help me lose weight even though my stomach.

  • I've just started doing Yoga couple of month ago and I already feel amazing !!! New life :D love Yoga i'm addicted !!!

  • beautiful

  • And I'm not even talked about your body…

    No, than I'm speechless, Tara.

    I say no more…

  • Tara, I dont care what you say.

Just as long as you move your mouth and keep looking at me when you talk, you are always right.

I would say yes to everything you ask me.

  • Can't agree more with you....fastfood is an addiction, and doing yoga makes u wanan make better choices.

  • I want to tone my body. Help me? I need a routine!!

  • @kutefrog1 Have you tried any of Tara's videos??? Any one of them will get you toned.

  • Beer is good for you in moderation...

  • Everything you said in this video is absolute truth. The more I eat "better" - or try to - the less I crave things like fast food. I haven't had a soda in over a year. Weened myself off coffee. Working on increasing water intake. Baby steps. Love your channel.

  • Tara, you are totally right. After I started doing yoga, pounds effortlessly fell off of me. I was not expecting or hoping, it just happened that way. When I would come home after class, I had to decide what to put in my face and it always seemed like a crime to eat anything that did not show the similar love and respect I showed my body by doing yoga in the first place. So I always chose healthy food after class. Keep up the great work. You rock!

  • 811 raw vegan + bikram yogam= best body ever ;)!!!

  • I'm usually never hungry after yoga. My mind and body feel more relaxed and less stressed...that is until I go to work the next day. :p

And Total with blueberries is awesome!

  • omg you are so right! when i slave over the treadmill i feel like eating a pizza or something right after but when i tried yoga i started to eat salads more often! :D

  • i have to try this. i'm gonna be 30 next month but i look like i'm 40 & feel like i'm 80.

  • i feel like i love you almost like a sister even though i dont know you, but that stuff you said about junkfood is so true your amazing

  • I always try to remember how crappy I feel once I eat junkfood so usually that helps alot and I reach for fruit instead

  • I have to agree with this video. When I did cardio - cycling and what-not, I tended to crave for burgers (and steak!). It doesn't make sense. Any study why this is so? This is very different when I started doing yoga. My body craved for veggies, fruits, and organic stuff.

  • My thoughts: blueberries are freaking expensive. Good day to you sir!

  • I can't afford to join a yoga class. Are there any books about yoga that you reccomend?

  • I totally agree with you! After I do yoga I want to eat an apple and drink water. After a long softball practice with conditioning I want to go to McDonalds (I am dropping the habit lol:) I totally love your videos and you inspire me more than you will know.

  • I've just discovered your channel and I've found your advice very honest and inspiring! Definitely going to try and encorporate yoga into my routine! Is it good to do after a jog or other forms of cardio? x x x

  • omg you have such a yoga voice:D i think i'm gonna give this yoga-thing a try! heard about you from sarah dussault!

  • damn, i was going to go to taco bell and get me the 89 cent triple layer beef taco, because it's fucking good,

you did not change my mind , but now i feel guilty lol,

but it's so fucking good, and i'm skinny

    so i can eat shit once in a while , : )

  • hey i am in this to loose wieght i am not that fat but i do feel calm when i do it so thanks

  • I REALLY liked how you mentioned that yoga will help you become aware of what you are doing, such that it will be easier to make better choices - GREAT point!! Keep it up

  • You look so much like Minny Driver (the girl from Good Will Hunting)

Not in a bad way, in a good way

  • I'm going to try yoga tomorrow can't wait....I know what you mean I've been eating good food for about 2-3 months and I feel great I'm never over stuffed and have alot of energy...just today I went to chili's and all I had was a caribbean salad with chicken but I still feel like I ate a rock....

  • I agree, yoga makes you more conscious of your spirit, mind and of course body. I know when I do yoga I want something healthy to eat after. I truly enjoy your videos they are definitely inspirational. What I dont get is the haters. But you handle them well. Thankyou for your time, inspiration and effort.

    Peace and Guidance

  • If one wants to lose weight, they are better off, seeing their doctor, eating healthily , and doing some cardiovascular exercises, for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week — not yoga.

I fail to see how doing yoga can help make an obese person become skinny.

  • Agreed!!! wonderful

  • @morph995 Wow, fail. MANY people I know have lost weight doing yoga. One being myself. Don't talk shit about something that you don't know shit about. As long as you do high intensity vinyasa yoga, you will lose weight effectively. She isn't saying that doing a tree pose alone is gonna make you skinny. Gosh.

  • How much yoga do I have to do to "get there?"

  • i agree with the yoga mind-awareness/weight loss connection but am troubled by your emphasis on the "legality" of junk food. are you implying these shouldn't be legal?

  • However, I think Tara's trying to say that yoga is a compliment to weight loss because it makes you more aware of your body and the food in which you put into your body. Granted; yoga is a great compliment to other cardio as well. It is all about personal preference. But yoga can help you loose weight.

  • Tara I liked your post. And to those who feel that yoga alone wont help you loose weight; have you tried Ashtanga Yoga or a Vinyasa or Power Yoga class. An hour and Half of Ashtanga with a 6 day a week practice can definitely help a person loose weight.

  • you're right, you're right!

  • grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  • Tara, you have great skin, can you share your regimen? what is your diet like?

  • I agree with Tara, I lost approx. 30 pounds with relatively light yoga & pilates!

  • Earlier this year, I started doing yoga every morning. I felt AMAZING. I went on vacation, and when we got back I had fallen out of the habit. You've encouraged me to get back to it (and I'm excited!), so I thought I'd let you know. Thanks very much!

  • Because of circulation problems I am hoping that Yoga can help with that, too.

  • watch?v=XfGKfM6IhyY

    Check out that video

  • Nice, this video is really inspiring! :)

  • Tara, I started practicing yoga this past January and so far I've lost 30 lbs. I'm making healthier food choices and I am sleeping much better. I'm much more balanced.

  • I agree... The calm awareness and flow of yoga is better than the high impact exercise... When i used to do high impact work I would have lots of beer as my treat..

  • I have been using yoga as therapy to help me with disordered eating. Daily anxiety drives me to eat more than necessary and eat when I am not hungry. The good thing about yoga is that it helps me be "okay" (at least momentarily) with the fact that I am not my perfect weight. It helps me calm down, which, in theory will eventually help me stop abusing my body with too much food (even though it's healthy food). I can't wait to see how far it takes me.

Thanks for all your supportive videos, Tara!

  • I agree with you on some parts of this. I definitely think yoga is great for weight loss in terms of making you more aware of your body and making you more familiar with how great it is to feel healthy. But I think all exercise does this, in my opinion. If I haven't worked out for a while I tend to eat worse, if I haven't done yoga or rock climbing or anything. Love your perspective though!

  • Thanks Tara, I'll try and find a good starting point for me. I've never done yoga before you make it seem less intimidating than I previously thought.

  • What type of yoga are you talking about because there are so many types! Which is the best for weight loss?

    Thank you!

  • I've lost almost 40 pounds from doing yoga and most people don't believe me that yoga could do that! Now that I'm more busy with school, it's harder to be consistent with it so my weight loss has steadied out, but yoga has been the only weight loss solution for me that has not only worked short term but long term as well!

  • Are you EVER home? XD It seems like every time we see you youre in a hotel room XD

  • your skin is so pretty!

  • So true about food addiction!

I love all your videos, but this is one of the best!

I can feel your words, and the light from the window gives you an "aura" a special bright ;) Thanks Tara, and please keep inspiring people.

  • beautiful girl...

  • good video! but i have a question...can yoga make me gain weight ??

  • insightful. great vid, thanks for sharing.

  • Right. On. :))

  • Tara, your videos ave taught me to love yoga. Since you made videos for fordmodels I used to watch your videos but never really tried them, and now I do yoga every morning and every night and I feel so awesome! I am runner as well, but yoga really brings balance to my life:) so thank you for that! and what you said about fast food being a legal drug here in America is so true, I'm now ore aware of what I put in my mouth:) thnk you thank you thank you for this video!

  • I kno I kno...Im trying to get it together....:o)

  • hello,I started recently with Astanga Yoga, wich I really love. Now I' also building a house and in the end off the dy ,there is no power anymore for Yoga,so waht can I do?How to make a combination,I use some breading technics during the heavy work,so that helps me for keep on going!

  • My view on this is that yoga itself has little to do with weight loss. It's good for flexibility and toning but yoga exercises themselves won't lead to dramatic weight change.

I do however agree that by incorporating any healthy practice into your life paves the way for further improvements and that this in turn may lead to changes in weight. One thing about being very into yoga is that in a lot of cases people are subtly peer pressured into "healthy" practices such as vegetarianism

  • @rorkimaru You obviously haven't tried vinyasa yoga. Doing vinyasa yoga, I have been losing weight quite well. Lost 11 pounds in a month to be exact :)

  • Hey Tara! That's a great video - you're sooo right!!!

I'm just wondering: are you vegetarian? If so, could you please put up a video about your thoughts on this topic? That would be really great :)!

  • nice

  • Yes, I think it comes down to making choices outside of the studio. Yoga is a frame of mind because it stresses a very different kind of diet than typical of the North American high protein, high fat, sugar and salt diet. Take on the yoga lifestyle and you will likely lose weight because you are eating a more natural and healthy diet.

  • I like yoga for reducing stress. It relaxes me, by stretching all the tense muscles.

  • For me, doing the flexibility/stretching part of yoga over the strength of it, releases more stress for me because releasing tention, stress, and toxins in my body. It feels soo amazing afterwards and I don't have cravings for things.

  • great video and info Tara! You ROCK!! How often do you suggest an average person should practice yoga? Do you find hot yoga more advantageous in helping to lose weight?

  • people should realize that there is a difference between losing weight and losing bodyfat. Anyway, I try to do yoga in my special kinda way because it helps me stay flexible and it puts a different kind of "stress" on my body than weight training does. So its a nice change of pace for me, but me personally would never rely only on yoga to build muscle or to "tone" a body (whatever tone means...) Muscle burns fat, cardio burns fat and at the end of the day its all bout calorie intake

  • I'm going to give it a try i think

  • Hi Tara,

thx for sharing. Could you give an outline of a typical day for you referring to food (any typical breakfast? Regular eating times? And of course WHAT/HOW MUCH ?)

    Thank you!

    Carolina

  • I've been doing a 30 minute yoga routine 5 nights a week, drinking around 4 liters of water a day and training myself to eat only minimal portion sizes and I've lost about 10 lbs in the last 2 weeks. Feel great! Also been getting myself off of fast food for the last few months. Slipped up a few times, but those disturbing cravings for Wendy's have mostly passed :)

Hope you do another meditation video soon! Practicing that too and it's made so much more room in my life.

  • It is all about discipline and following a plan. Those who fail to have discipline will never get anywhere, no matter if it is weight loss, strength gains or business. You decide, then you act. :) Fortune favors the bold! It's all about how much you want something. No expert, or trainer can replace the internal drive. You must have heart and love for what you do, or else you will ultimately fail.

  • When I stopped worrying about calories, diets, crazy workout plans, and starting eating well and being active everyday I lost 20 pounds and never thought about my weight again. I'm over abusing my body... if it doesn't feel like I'm treating myself WELL, I don't do it. BUT... your classes are super challenging - don't front! Love you!

  • lookin pretty today! extra i mean.

  • That is exactly why I love yoga!! it makes you see the importance and peacefulness in treating your body good.

  • I am currently trying to lose weight and eat healthier and I find it a real challenge. Not so much the fruit and veg stuff but more the finding of good and healthy food in supermarkets. Sometimes it is really hard to come by whole grain bread, for instance, even at the baker. But I won't give up :)
