@WoWMinGM keep it simple...herb / mining, level up as fast as possible then get to the highest level zone you can. ideally you should level to 85 as right now there is HEAPS of gold to be made on top tier gathered materials.

@WoWMinGM well, just start by leveling up. You should have a good idea of which zones are the best through the leveling process. Once you get to max it's hard to tell, you'll have to just see what is selling best on your server. Could be northrend herbs...but it might be something more simple like stranglekelp. I've been selling these on an alt I'm leveling up for 3g-5g per.

one thing you dont talk about in your vids are the "ah cut" when you sell something, iknow about the pic gems its take like 8g from every gem i sell :(

@Pys3n You make a good point, and it's something I talk a lot about in my premium gold farming guide. But you really do have to factor the AH cut as well as potentially lost deposits into your entire auction house farming system.

This must be early on in Wrath. we're obviously up to the epic gems now. However the blue gems, which can be accumulated over a month, can net you big gold. A Jewelcrafter who does their Icy Prism every day and puts aside gems from mining and prospecting can easily make 1000g+ Every few weeks. Even if you dont get alot of uncut blue gems, the are dirt cheap now on the AH and you can definately make gold.

making gold is different in every server for example in my server i have a bunch of ret that dont know how to use AH selling epic gems for lower than 100g and dont know whats going on in my server that epic gems seem to be very common so JC is not the hottest thing in my server but great video and if ur server does not demand JC stuff try LW or BS

alch makes a shit tone of money on my realm. Buy 20-40 eternal fires, same amount of dark jades and citrines. Craft them into earthsiege diamonds. make over 1500g a day.

love your guide =) im making alot of gold ;) at my main i were tailoring 447/450, and herbalism 450, i wanted to be a JC and only had 600g at first, so i removed my tailoring (im not crazy, i love lifeblood from herbalism in arena) and manage to get to 450 in JC for only 5 days =O and i did only farm for like 10min everyday at ah, got a bank alt now =D=D love you! now i just by uncutted gems and resell, earn like 15g/resell on my server, thats quite alot when i do it 20 times a day =O

ido something likethis but on a lvl 1 with no proffesions. i buy tons of saronie ore at 14g a stack. then i prospect it sell the blue gems and green gems. but i take blood stones citrine and sun rock and make blood stone band crystal citrine necklace and sun rock ring.then DE the rings/neck forenchant mats. then sell for big profit i make 750g+ a day and im on less than 1hr a day

I had a neat little technique I used that i found only recently, I was able to sell my honor, on an charachter lvl 65 or higher, id buy [Stars Tears] a lv 65 mana potions in Champions Hall in Stormwind that you could purchase for 8 honor and sell for 25 silver, thats 32 honor per gold or the honor cap of 75,000 being worth 2,343 gold 75 silver... Took about 2 days to do all the buying and selling but as I said its been fixed and can no longer be exploited...

in northend at the agent vanguard there is a quest where you have to kill spiders, DO NOT TURN IN THIS QUEST!! the spiders never stop spawning and they are skinnable, they drop 40 - 90 silver each and there are lots of npcs which heal you and give u blessing of might so you will never have to stop unless if you run on mana, they also drop artic fur occasionally. plus this is availiable for both horde and alliance

just herb, alch is not really that good right now, considering how much inscription has jacked up herb prices. Sell the herbs directly to the AH. My friend gathers telandra's roses in Zul' Darak, and makes about 800g/hour. he got epic flying the first day he hit 77

in my experience the best thing you can do in a situation like that...as cliche as it sounds, is keep trying new things

I've been on some servers where X, Y, and Z strategies are just crazy good and those same strategies on other servers can be pointless. It really all depends on the type of markets that your server is currently experiencing and finding a proper technique to exploit them.

Hey zuggy, I'm max LW with ulduar recipes but if I buy mats from the AH, my LW stuff doens't sell that well. It's basically like I'm losing gold if I do that. Example for trollwoven girdle, I'll buy 6 eternal fire, and shadow and frozen orb. It doesn't sell more than that, do ya have any tips?

not every strategy works on every server, you have to keep trying different strategies and items until you find out what is in demand for your server

fast route = buying items

slow route = self farming

Yes it will, i suggest having a gatherer proffesion untill lv 80, as you wond loose any mny on having them.

The only difference is that you will have to use alot of gold all of a sudden when you hit 80 - but over all, it will be better than feks.. Skinning/LW

Hey Zuggy, I;ve got a problem. I've got JC + Mining, just like you. I also buy cheap gems from the AH and cut them to more expensive ones and (try) to sell them. But there are some other JCs on my server that are doing the same thing and they're undercutting me all the time. I nearly sell 4 gems every day while making 10. Do you have a solution for this problem?

im no gold millionare...but you might want to keep making them and store them in your bank. wait for the market to cool down then sell them.

Don't put all 10 up, make 10, sell 2 or 3. Keep the rest in your bank. Me and a friend work together and we have a guild bank to just store all our stuff, with 4 tabs so plenty to store spare cut gems. Another thing. If you have a friend, like me, work with him, if he has enchanting. You can then make cheap greens which cost say 6g to make, he DE's them and gets a min. of 3 Infinite Dust. 2 or 3g profit or so.

This is easier with wotlk because u can make a deathknight with 2 crafting proffs each and with lvl 58 they can get gathering too and they start at high lvl so ur good to go.

disenchanting can be 100% safe if you know what to look for, but that type of strategy discussion is wide and all encompassing...much more than I could explain in a short comment. Perhaps in a future video i'll get into that.
