Here in Canada a similar brand was popular in this era: SERVEL that has made gas fridges. But I don't know if SERVEL has also made compressor fridges!
i would have saved it and replaced the compressor with a newer high efficiency one. it would be very cool to have a piece of history cooling my food... lol
That is an oldie, I have a GE Deluxe from the forties still running.

I'm not sure how bad the existing compressor is but it definitly needs new door seals.
