This is why so many corporations have teams of lawyers ,so the manipulation of the wording is confusing to layman. It's all double-talk with escape clauses and other various tools of the trade, to make the money become lost in the word maze.Filling their own pockets is #1 priority, and the actual cost of work and materials is secondary. Concerning the boot contract, it sounds like a Bill Gates,m.o.
