i feel the pain, i've had this talk with my boss, when we get ZERO help back in the kitchen
they think 1 person is going to do te job of two people, and upfront they thinkg 3 people is going to do the job of 6, when we are busy as fuck, and we fall behind, then we have fat fucks to hang around AN HOUR AFTER WE CLOSED, WE ARE CLOSED< GTFO
Even if you don't work in merchandising/visual, I think we have ALL in the corporate world had this discussion. Too many eyes on a project, too many opinions.... makes things impossible. ;)
This is so TRUE! This needs to be in the HR training when one is hired to do Corporate visual for any company. I could add more but im sure my boss is reading this, so Make It Work!
@SuperRisch Hang in there my visual friend. I TOTALLY agree with you on HR using this for training. LOL. I promise you, I've experienced this same conversation...almost verbatim...It's funny, but most VM's have. LOL!
