I rarely do pull-ups... I can't even do them (only 1 or 2). What muscle do they work and how can someone like me (who never done these before) be able to do more pull-ups each time?

no the raw eggs arent so bad, really u dont taste anything if you dont think about it too much adn just swallow them. i add a littel salt in to add a little flavor.
As far as diet goes i dont watch particularly wat i eat, i try to get my daily dose of protein adn everything else, eat lots of fruits, drink lots of water, meat, and vegiis at least once a day for lunch or dinner.
I drink 2 raw eggs in the morning with cacao and one raw egg 10 minutes after workout. Besides it i dont have a diet (like eating at specific hours)... I try to eat healthy and enough carbos/protein. Like rice, boiled/grilled chicken, wholemeal bread, raw eggs, vegetables (eg. peas, cucumbers, any salts), low-fat cornflakes, milk, min 2l of water everyday, fruitd (eg. bananas, apples), olive oil, white cheese.. They are main of my menu.
Yes i do work with dumbells but not as much, only when i go to teh gym really to get the full freeweight workout, my main workout is bodyweight exercises, Pullups, Pushups etc. I have a video of pushups coming soon which shows you all the different ways you can do a pushup and really get all your upperbody working. I do go running also for the cardio and leg workout, not every day like i do with teh workouts tho.

even if you can only do 2, do 2 every day, 5 to 10 times aday, and guaranteed within a week ull be doing 2 to 3 times as many, dedication is key

I try to eat every couple of hours, and i try to fit my food to get enough carbos/protein but not too much.
Do you do only this kind of exercises, or u use dumbells?
I need your answer coz im really struggling with this atm.
