lol im a little girl you should listen to :D lol were doing a similar stunt, im the flyer. The backspot stands behind the flyer and the bases stand behind the backspot to catch my feet. First i do a little pike while my backspot holds my shoulders. then as i come down i go between my backspots legs, onto the floor into a pushup position, then my bases lift my legs up into a handstand on my backspots back, then basically do the same thing they do on here lol its not really easy doing it fast

@tobetogurl11 If you're referring to all-star level 2, then that's an illegal stunt. You're not allowed to do a one-legged stunt in an extension at that level. You also can't do full downs at level 2. So don't try to make these girls feel like they're on that level when they're CLEARLY not. They're amazing and clean. Nice try, though.

NOT BEING A KNOW IT ALL I'M THE COACH OF A LEVEL 5 SENIOR OPEN ALL STAR TEAM THESE ARE ONLY MEANT TO BE HELP FULL. When you are in your crouch with your leg on your front spots shoulder to press to lib never place your leg on your front spots shoulder and keep it straight out your leg was slightly bent and took from the visual effect of what your were doing. Other than that this was a very nice stunt sequence for a level 3 squad or a high school squad which i'm thinking you are
