  • @djjupp Thank you.

  • i am about to have the same hook up

  • @pete19ify Great, please film it and post here on you tube.

  • i dont think i would leave the room for a week if i got my hands on this equiptment

  • @undermisensiOPC I know what you mean ;-)

  • Uiuiui, great !!

  • i love it

    :D

  • what does this hafto do with th mpc 1000? you barely did anything with it?

  • @JohneySoQlose he's probably not doing anything with it because it's either the sequencer or it's being sequenced so he doesn't have to do anything with it.

  • @TheHevquip Precise ;-)

  • @JohneySoQlose Well, i made the music on it and it does all the sequencing. I only play live on the 500.

  • I like the fact you've taken the minimal sound which is usaully very metronomic and played in bits live with the pads which makes it organic again. Thats quite cool.

  • @Rbrownsword

    Hey thanks.

  • nice work there

  • is there anything the mpc 1000 can do that the 500 can't? is it just the size that's the difference?

  • @KillenEMsoftly

Yeah, and the other way arround ;-)

  • @KillenEMsoftly You can see the specs at )akaipro(dot)com

  • which is better 500 or 1000?

  • @rickylascaze001

Well with the original OS'es i would say the mpc 500. But the mpc 1000 with jjos2 is the shit!

  • nice!!!!

  • cool its minimal

  • @justinlecktschimmel

    it shure is.

  • sounds funny

  • Haha, thank you ;-)

  • hey man i'm thinking of buying a microkorg like yours, how is in combination with mpc? (i also have one). Very nice video dude!

  • its verry great. It's the synth that i use the most. The MicroKorg XL is no match for this beast! The Alesis micron is also a great litle synth if it's the size you are looking for.

  • @SLagerZahne Hi mate, are you still selling the mpc 500 ? If so how much?

  • Yeah. I dont know how much it's worth right now.

  • And i love it ;-)

  • hells ya

  • super!!!!!!!!!! ;-)

  • Dude, don't you think that it would have been more feasible to just buy a MPC 2500 for the money instead of both the MPC500 and MPC1000. Isn't the MPC 1000 1k and the MPC 500 $600. I just think that it would be more beneficial to purchase a better machine in which you could compose projects as large as you want. Now you have to purchase twice as much compact flash memory.

  • Maybe he upgraded and kept the other.

Im about to get a 2500 (or 5000), but i'll still be keeping my 500 for portability.

It also means that when Im loading a program on the 2500 /5000 during a live set, I can have the 500 play a beat or ambient noise inbetween songs etc...so there will be no awkward silence during songs lol

  • Hear you there ;-). I started out with the 500 and decided to buy a used 1000, so now i have both. The 500 is for sale if anybody is interested. I don't need the mpc-2500 because the hardware is almost the same as on the 1000, and i am running JJOS2 on it.

  • cool session...nice minimal sound.....how much for the 500 =)

  • I dont know. Are you interrested?

  • i'm interrested to the 1000...would you sell it?

  • @kromachete Well, it's for sale now. I have restored everything in the unit so it is as new.

  • hast du swing benuzt ?

  • Yes, arround 62%.

  • nice mpc action !!

    cool session man xD

  • cool man !
