Nope. Hell, you can even build a plane that you yourself can fly in without a license, as long as it's small enough. Some parks don't allow gas due to noise though.

depends on were you fly it if you fly it like in like a park for that yes but if you fly it in your back yard or in a golf feild than no but if policesee you flyin it on a golf feild or anywere that you are not suppose to fly it they will probly give you a ticket so i prefer to get a license to fly those than geting a ticket.
