  • heres how to lose weight

    1. stop eating candy/junk food

    2. dont skip bbreakfast and i always start off with an apple

    3. raw vege or fruit before lunch or dinner

    4. make sure dinner is 12 hrs apart from when you wake up eg. 6pm for dinner and wake up at 6 am. the reason you could do this is cuz when you exercise in the morning, the food is digested and your using your fat as energy, not the food

  • i am trying ths new way of eating...raw food, i only eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, sedds, natural juice and of course water, occasoinally bread, not to sound cliche but ever since i started eating subway veggie delite i have been more fit not signficant weightloss cuz i just started but now that s all i eat wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, banan peppers, halepenos, black olives, kale, pckles, avocado, and sweet onion sauce, with water on the side and i get da foot long 1/2 now 1/2 ltr

  • I was at my friend's house for a week. He is very slim. What he does: Three meals and no snacking whatsover in between. I can't imagine doing that as I'm obsessed with food. I think about food ALL THE TIME!

  • I'm done with my obsession with food. Since I eat a light breakfast and a big dinner at night, and nothing in between, I conquered my hunger. I eat 1600 calories in average a day. Some call it the Warrior Diet. Actually, it is the Ramadan that inspired me. I'm not muslim, though.

  • A "lite" salad would have LOW FAT dressing and lean meat such as grilled chicken, rather than bacon bits or ham chunks. Also, low fat cheese, etc.

  • my dad used to eat everything he could get his hands on and he used to eat so fast. now - he only eats when he is hungry, stops when he is full and eats slowly - and has lost a whole stone so far.

  • My reason is that I get a stomach ache everytime I eat. The doctors don't know whats wrong! I have to take pills to keep my stomach from hurting and keeping me from eating less than an ant.

  • Try something easy for this. Every morning, before you eat anything, squeeze three fresh lime wedges into 3 ozs of water. Drink it and wait 15 minutes before you eat anything else. It is possible you have too much acid in your system. This neutralizes the acid and helps your digestion, thus eleviating your pain.

  • uh.. wouldn't the lime wedges increase the acidity rather than neutralizing it?

  • one would think that the citric acid in lime juice would increase the acidity in the stomach when it is consumed. Citric acid however is a weak acid which acts as a buffer and therefore neutralizes ph levels in the stomach.

  • No. It doesn't. Just try it. It works. Citrus neutralizes the stomache acid. You only experience citrus as acidy when you eat it with other foods.

  • Some people put baking soda in a glass of water to reduce their acidity. Is it safe to do that?

  • Yes, one teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water will help lower your stomach acid, and it is good if you are an ACIDIC person.

  • Only put the silverware down when I'm talking too much. And I eat what I want. I eat what I need. I don't really pay attention to the lot I eat, but I stay thin regardless. It has taken me about 6-8 years to gain 4.5 pounds. Now at 5'6" I'm up to 114.5 pounds. Yea I have to eat very often cause if I don't then I get sleepy and worn down. Oh well

    Some have fast food-consumption or what it's called, making them able to eat anything without gaining any weight at all.

    Others whom are slim are as they say in this movie. They eat veggies - most are vegitarians. I personally, can't eat greens. Taste disgusting and "lifeless".

  • Having different metabolism (fast food consumption) is also how you eat as well as genetics. The more you eat over time, the more you burn calorie wise (6 small meals a day = burns faster than 3 big meals a day)

    Make veggies tasty by preparing them in certain ways. Of course raw veggies are tasteless, you have to work to make them taste yummy :p
