we practiced it with his knee off the ground but i guess he forgot, but the refs didnt call it and we won.. last minute too. but the officiating crews arent too good here haha
Actually, that is illegal. In high school (NFHS Rules) the holder must get off of his knee to make a pass, lateral or hand-off. Some states differ from the NFHS rules and have their own so here, it may be legal. If not, you pulled one past the officiating crew there.
