The Noble Peace Price consert was no expensive concert in Oslo, the tickets were availible for everybody who wanted and the prize was no more expensive than a normal concert in Oslo with international stars performing. It costed aproximatly 100 usd, roughly calculated, which is normal price in Norway.

The reason why you see so many old "rich" people there is because the concert are not very popular by younger norwegian people, and is quite more popular by older people.
